Ladies and Gentlemen,
You have seen the banner correctly, I,
DanielB1989 , will run for Country President. Next Sunday I hope to get elected for a full term as head of the February’12 government. In this announcement you are reading right now I will lay down my plans briefly.
This term I would like to reach out to all those who just have started to play and help them become part of our community by setting up one of the greatest e-infrastructural projects ever set up in the sNetherlands
For the ones that don’t know me already, I will first briefly introduce myself:
On day 59 of the e-Sim world, I was born under the name which I currently still hold:
DanielB1989 . As I became active in politics right off the start I noticed only one party was active within the sNetherlands, so with a few other players we decided quite soon to start a new party which would see to improve our internal politics drastically, the Royal Dutch Knights. As one of the founding fathers I strived for transparency, better taxing laws, military unit companies set up and more. For such a young party we were able to grow into the current establishment quickly and became an important part of the sNetherlands society. Myself, I have served in a few cabinets now, holding several positions. As I have played ‘the other game’ for quite some time, where I have been country President of this country 3 times, I know a lot about the game mechanics and the way these games are played. During the current government of 
PeterMB I have established essential relationships with some of our allies, and given the current President essential advices. That’s who I am and my history in a nutshell
What will I work on:
- Setting up a coaching project
- Establish closer relationships with allies and neighbors
- Improving the army’s infrastructure
- Setting up budgeting scheme’s
Ministry of Internal Affairs
This ministry will set up a coaching/help program for new citizens. Plans need to be worked out in detail, but it is essential that we have some volunteers to help new players become active and join our political scene or at least keep playing.
Additionally its task is to provide transparency to the people of the sNetherlands. A weekly report has to be made of ongoing issues and progress on our goals.
For this ministry I have asked a young yet active player to take the lead here, he can count on the rest of the governments help, and has perfect knowledge on what new players go through when they start to play the game. I proudly announce that
wtfisthis will be the Minister of Internal Affairs if I get elected President.
Ministry of Foreign Affairs
As for the ministry of Foreign Affairs, I will look into possibilities when it comes to our agreement of the rent period of Poland, I will discuss with them and with our congress what will be next. But in my opinion it is essential to keep the congress very much involved in this as it’s a decision as a nation. Apart from the Friesland issue, I will establish closer relationships with our allies and try to see how and where we can help them, and they can help us.
As for MPPs, mutual protection pacts, which allow us to fight from our home land for one of our allies, I will try to keep 3 MPPs alive and not more, as it costs quite a bit, and this can be invested in many other ways. This ministry, if I get elected, will be lead by our current President:

Ministry of Defense
The Ministry of Defense is/has been/ always will be a very important one for me. If I get elected I will improve the army further for which I have several ideas which will have to be worked out. As it is publically known I am a firm supporter of a well organized army, so extra companies for the army, a possible ticket company to give out tickets to ALL dutch soldiers and a military channel on IRC for coordinated strikes are just a few of my crown jewels as it comes to our defense strategy.
Another task for the Defense department will be to work out an idea about a military council for our army, so the structure doesn’t change continuously, at the change of government. Stability is the key here.
The man leading this immense task, is a very active citizen who is perfectly suited for the job.
Davok will be the one who is going to deal with this and a lot of discussions about it. To make a point clear I found the following quote by JFK very appropriate:

Ministry of Finance
This ministry lead by upcoming economic talent,
Puckye will take care of the money flows the exchange rate and the budgeting among different ministries. He will also work out new budgeting guidelines, and assess and evaluate our taxes policy.
As for vice-President
Fhaemita will assist me and the government and take over from me when I am not available.

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
