这几天不断有团员在问，日常发放的面包为什么又停了，其实这是有原因的。
由于我们的军垦厂大部分都在敌占区，而发放面包却不发放机票和武器，导致我们军团打反的情况非常严重，每天至少有80%的面包打在了盟友身上。
这是很糟糕的情况，生肖的入团要求上写明了尽可能不向盟友开火，而现在却由于各种原因导致打反。在很大程度上，我买厂没有考虑到这点是失误。
不要再有友军伤害啦！
由于我们这里新人很多，对升级所需要的面包还是很有需求的，因此我也在考虑补救措施。
比如让10级以下的新人转到盟友国家的公司军垦（想要全换盟友国家的厂发现很难），或者每天发放机票。
如果你是生肖团员并且未满10级的，请在回复里说明，我会把你们调集到同一个公司，并每天发放10个面包一直到你们升到10级。
放心，新人加入肯定会吃饱 ^_^
至于10级以上的团员，我只能说抱歉，暂时不能发放日常补给，这里给大家算个帐。
目前生肖有69人（按照70人计算），每天如果每个人6个包子，大约价值消耗为22G～27G（占全团日总产值的1/3左右），如果按照成本价22G计算，两个月消耗1320G，如果这些面包按照对外销售价，那就是消耗1620G。
那再来算一下收益，按照目前生肖两个梯队平均力量大约670计算，70人打60天大约会有8000w输出量，而且这些伤害有一大半是打反！
按照50天之后，力量成长水准来看，到时候两个梯队力量平均值大约是在1100左右，如果把上面2个月的面包钱拿到这里来用，大约能支持全团70人全套HP+Q1武器6天，那么6天大约会有1亿5千万伤害，而且这些伤害不会打反。
忘了说了，我原预想是在DAY260左右升级到elite军团，如果发每日物资，DAY260时估计钱还差一点。如果不发物资，我们大约会在DAY245左右升级到elite，提前半个月。
说这些都不重要，重要的是生肖团员们自己做个选择（其实Q群空间有投票，不过投票人数太少，而且几乎都投了“不知道，我只管每天双击”）。
因此请所有看到这段文字的生肖团员回复一下。
1，如果全团发放日常物资，请说出来。如果超过20人说要发全团物资，那就全团发放。
2，如果接受断粮，只发放给10级以下新人每天10个包子，可以回复一下。
3，如果不回复，那就当默认断粮，哈哈哈哈。
最近有不少新人说想过想开厂，但新人很难在短时间内筹集到足够的钱开厂，因此我考虑了一下，用团内集资+军团免息贷款的形式来支持大家的积极性。
预想是
如果团内集资5人以内，最多可以提供50G免息贷款，20天循环合同，最多不超过60天。
如果团内集资6～10人，最多可以提供100G免息贷款，30天循环合同，最多不超过60天。
如果团内集资超过11人，最多可以提供150G免息贷款，30天循环合同，最多不超过90天。
贷款受军团流动资金影响，因此要集资的尽快吧。
钱生钱，钱生钱，来点小钱钱
一场战斗，最重要的不是你打了多少伤害，而是在最关键的时刻给予最致命的伤害，在ESIM最致命的伤害往往来自于一场战斗最后的30秒，因此我考虑给能压秒的团员们以物资奖励作为回报。
目前的预想是这样
1，重要战斗，如果力量不到1000的，最后20秒能输出50枪，奖励3Q3武器。
2，重要战斗，如果力量超过1000的，最后20秒能输出50枪，奖励2Q5或者4Q3武器。
3，关键战斗，这部分奖励可能会更高，但目前没有想好。
这部分奖励，跟战斗物资发放没有冲突，纯粹是给予个人的奖励，愿意的话你可以攒起来抢章，但不希望拿去卖钱！！
这也是活跃玩家和非活跃玩家的一点区别所在。

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
