So many things are happening! In the realm of US foreign policy, specifically, events are quickly shaping up that will determine the fate of the country, as a whole. From the nonaggression pact we've signed with Russia, to glorious amounts of damage we've thrown down in defense of allies, to attempted betrayals by hitherto friendly nations, our foreign affairs team has been hard at work securing our place in the international community. But guess what? We still need help, and we're able to pay a decent wage for it; read to the end to find out more.
There has recently been quite a bit of uproar surrounding our deal with Russia; certain US citizens, in misguided patriotism, have spoken out in favor of reclaiming Alaska and Pacific Coast; this would not only violate the deal we have with Russia (according to which, they pay us 50G per month), it would also lead to Russia being again free to conquer our remaining regions, as they are still very much more powerful than us. It should be obvious that neither of these outcomes is desirable. For a more in-depth survey of this topic, jump on over to President Liquid Homicide's newspaper .
One constant thorn in the side of our foreign policy machine has been the assertion that the USA is still too young, and still too weak, to merit any serious relations with most strong countries. I cannot tell you how many times I, personally, have been met with this very argument in the course of my work. Well, this is beginning to change! In battles that have occurred over the last two weeks, we have regularly been able to put out over 11 million damage, and have even topped 15 million! This still does not make us competitive with countries like France and Lithuania, but at this rate, we'll be there soon!
I'm not sure how many people, outside of congress, noticed the MPP proposal we received from China last night, but it constitutes a shocking move on the part of a country we have, up to this point, been friendly with. Were we to sign this MPP with China, we would be fighting directly against Russia, which would clearly break our non-aggression pact with them. The Chinese President knew this, but initiated the MPP proposal after our President had gone to sleep, and without even attempting to touch base with even one single member of our administration; as a matter of fact, I had to track him down myself on QQi in order to ask what he was doing. Anyway, our congress performed admirably by immediately moving to vote down the MPP proposal; we did much better than we have before, when Iran did something similar and proposed an MPP without talking it over with us first; in that case, our congress mistakenly voted yes without consulting the Executive branch. Fortunately, we had insufficient funds in our treasury, so the MPP failed. We're definitely getting better at this
I would, however, like to take a moment to point out the incompetence of two of our congressmen that voted "Yes" on the MPP proposal with China: sectorclear and Cruciator . They not only put our country at risk of violating our non-aggression pact with Russia, but they have yet to sign up at our congressional forum and partake in even one single discussion or debate. Honestly, it's quite shameful.
Lastly, I would again like to encourage all US citizens to apply to become United States Ambassadors. We are constantly seeking bright and talented individuals to help in conducting foreign policy work; a job description can be found here !
In my budget plan, which passed through congress yesterday, the Department of State receives 6G every week to spend rewarding good Ambassador Reports; that's right, if you do good work, you can be paid to work for us. Message me, Lord of the Blings with questions, or to apply.
That's all for now. Please vote and subscribe if you found this article worth reading!
Signing off,
Lord of the Blings (AKA: Kazeal)
US Dep. Secretary of State
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth.
Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit
different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be
efficiently
managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation.
Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the
game.
Work for the good of your country and
see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules.
First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you
will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress
as a fighter.
You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which
are owned by the state.
After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your
own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock
company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
"E-Sim is one of the most unique browser games out there"
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics
in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes.
From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability
to run for the head of the party you're in.
You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws
proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself.
Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you.
You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential
elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state
(for example, who to declare war on).
Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have
a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military.
In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control
over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials.
For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have
to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on
their territory.
You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life
as a pacifist
who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling
products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game.
It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present
in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth
according to their own.
So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
