Karena banyaknya yang merequest tutorial BNC di shout tadi pagi, jadi saya buatkan saja tutorial BNC. Langsung saja ya, ga usah lama-lama.

1. Apa itu BNC?
Short for bouncer, BNC is software that can be used to help protect and hide a user by relaying their IRC or FTP traffic over a network to their computer. For example, a user may connect to a computer using psyBNC and then relay traffic from that computer to their computer and connect to an IRC or FTP network to hide their true IP address. When this is done, the IP address would be for the computer that is running the BNC software.
Jadi BNC itu adalah bouncer, nah bouncer itu adalah software untuk melindungi dan menyembunyikan IP user dengan cara menggunakan perantara antara komputer user dan IRC. Maksudnya kita tidak langsung connect ke IRC, tapi melalui server khusus yang disediakan oleh Rizon sehingga informasi kita aman.
2. Bagaimana cara mendapatkan BNC?
Ada beberapa langkah sebelum anda dapat menggunakan BNC, yang jelas harus mendaftar dulu untuk pertama kali.
Untuk mendaftar join ke #RizonBNC servernya jelas rizon, lalu ketik “/msg RizonBNC request EU” atau “/msg RizonBNC request US” tanpa tanda kutip. Untuk mengetahui request di-approve atau tidak, tunggu memo dari MemoServ.
Jika berhasil maka akan keluar memo seperti di atas.
Attention:
a. Mohon diperhatikan bahwa hanya nick yang telah terdaftar paling tidak selama 7 hari yang bisa merequest BNC. Untuk mendaftarkan nick anda ketik “/msg NickServ register password email” tanpa tanda kutip.
b. Untuk pemilihan server US atau EU sebenarnya bebas, tapi menurut pengalaman saya pribadi lebih baik menggunakan server US karena saya pernah mencoba menggunakan server EU dan hasilnya saya tidak bisa mengaktifkan BNC walaupun passwordnya sudah benar.
c. Anda hanya bisa memilih salah satu server dan tidak bisa berpindah server setelahnya, maka pikirkan baik-baik sebelum memilih server agar tidak mengalami apa yang terjadi pada saya.
d. Harap maklum kalau request BNC-nya tidak langsung mendapat respon karena hal ini dilakukan secara manual, jadi harus tunggu petugas yang mengurus BNC online dulu.
3. Saya sudah punya BNC, bagaimana cara masuk melalui BNC?
Ada beberapa cara, tapi saya hanya akan menjelaskan cara login BNC melalui mIRC dan qchat. Untuk mIRC cukup ketik “/server rizonbnc.us.rizon.net 1234 xxxx:yyyyy” tanpa tanda kutip.
Sedangkan melalui qchat seperti dibawah ini:
Lalu klik connect.
Note:
“xxxx:yyyyy” adalah password BNC yang diberikan di dalam memo, untuk membaca memo jika lupa password ketik “/msg MemoServ read last” tanpa tanda kutip.
4. Apakah keuntungan menggunakan BNC?
Banyak tapi ada 2 keuntungan yang paling dicari oleh user, yaitu bisa parkir di chatroom saat kita sedang tidak ada di depan komputer dalam jangka waktu yang lama tanpa harus tetap menyalakan komputer. Yang kedua adalah dapat memutar kembali apa yang terjadi di chatroom selama kita offline agar dapat mengikuti yang sedang dibahas. (hanya terbatas sampai 100 line kalau tidak salah playbacknya)
5. Saya pernah punya BNC, tapi sudah tidak aktif lagi dan saya tidak bisa login. Bagaimana cara menghidupkan BNC kembali?

a. Jangan menggunakan highlight saat mengetik di sana ataupun mass-highlight!
b. Jangan melakukan ping ataupun query terhadap petugas BNC yang ada di sana!
c. Cukup ungkapkan keperluan anda dan tunggu sampai ada yang membalas.
d. Keputusan untuk mengaktifkan kembali atau tidak BNC anda berada di tangan petugas BNC, jadi no hurt feeling.

Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
