As some of you might know, Libertines is taking a step back in Canadian politics because his upcoming wedding and honeymoon will render him less active. (pffff where are his priorities?) He's been the Canadian CP for 4 solid months where we saw Canada grow from a PTO'ed and semi-conquered nation to an offensively driven force that successfully gained its first high region in a very long time. He certainly set the bar extremely high, but the following points will prove why I'm the right individual to follow in his footsteps.
Since the first day I joined, I've consistently looked for ways to improve as quickly as possible and have become perhaps one of the fastest growing Canadians in terms of Damage and Experience. As I write this, I've played for exactly 100 days and have logged in on every single one of them. I've continuially proven my dedication to Canada by attempting several baby booms, starting a military unit who is now ranked 3rd in Canada, and mentoring a plethora of young Canadians. My high level of activity and involvement in Canadian politics will offer a continuity from Libertines' era. I have a very similar philosophy as Libertines' and many other Canadians'. I believe that as a smaller country in this game, we must be very efficient in diplomacy. As proven in our South Korean war, allies have often proved very important and at times necessary. During the month of July, we will try to solidify these alliances even further by assisting them back in battle as much as we can. In addition, we will try and strengthen our position in The Musketeers alliance by participating actively in their coordinated efforts when and where we are needed.
Here are some of the things I stand by. I believe we should continue renting out CEC to USA past the July 31st deadline of the current rental deal. They have proven to be very valuable allies, and because many Canadians and Americans in e-sim know each other on an individual level, I believe we should keep our relations strong. We have a strong foreign presence in Canada, specifically with Poles and Serbs. Our relations with Poland have never been better, but there has been unhappiness among several Canadians with the way Serbia has acted in this Korean war. I believe that this newly signed MPP is a turning point in our relationship with them and I will work hard to keep on improving it so we can eventually become very close allies, as it will benefit everyone. Lastly, I believe that coordination and organization are 2 very important aspects to have in e-sim. I plan on regularly holding official meetings on the #e-sim.can channel on Rizon every few days with the Canadian public where concerns can be brought up, and questions can be answered so everyone is on the same page. I will also remain in constant contact with the other MU leaders and the Minister of Defense to maintain and even improve our coordination in battle. This leads me to my next paragraph about ministers.
If elected Country President, I plan on appointing Libertines as Minister of Economy since he's already been doing a fantastic job managing every economical aspect. I will also be counting on congress to continue their wonderful contributions in this departement with their tax and economy discussions. I also plan on appointing Mouseonfire as Minister of Foreign Affairs since he's been doing a terrific job as MoFA in the past weeks. We've gained solid allies, and Mouse has ensured we remain in constant communication and coordination. Unfortunetly, he is not a congressman, but anyone is eligible for Minister positions which is why I encourage anybody interested, to apply for the Minister of Defense position. This role demands an active, intelligent and experienced player to be able to coordinate and relay information between Military Units as well as Allied countries in order to ensure we do not overkill rounds, and we know which battles/rounds are of higher priority.
As I write this, I'm unsure who I will be going up against in Presidential elections. However, I can guarantee you one thing. By voting for me, you are voting for a highly active, loyal, dedicated, and diehard Canadian from Ottawa who has, is and will continually put Canada ahead of himself. I hope you make the intelligent choice on July 5th and vote for OwenHargreaves, the candidate who cares the most about our well-being and future as a strong nation.

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
