Dear reader,
It’s a historic day in my sLife, I will open my own stock company and u can invest in it! It’s called “The Green Garden” first of all I will introduce myself for the people who didn’t know me yet:
I am
Puckye , I am born on day 48 and since that day I have been active in the politics, I have been president 2 times(1 period together with 
Firo Prochainzo because I was on holiday etc.) and have set up a successful party called Democratisch Nederland. Last but not least I am a commander in the national MU from the Netherlands. The last 3-4 weeks I was inactive because holidays but from now I will be active everyday.
Before I went on holiday (I hope now still
) I was one of the most famous politician of the Netherlands. In my life I earned a lot of money by trading (products, companies and MM), inviting people, work in the e-sim staff and run several companies. And of course since the stock company market is online I make a lot money with trading shares in the stock market!
I am only 15 years old but don’t be afraid that I don’t know anything about shares etc. in real life I invest in shares as well and that’s going very good (yeah it’s sounds strange in these times
)
The Green Garden
Now I will tell something about my stock company The Green Garden.
The goal of The Green Garden is to create profit for our shareholders through diverse investments. These investments will always have the priority to increase the value of our stocks and our company. Our goals are focused especially on the long term.
Our first dividend will be given on day 331 after this we will give dividend every 1th and 15th day of the month. Because we have the potential to become one of the biggest stock company’s we won’t pay more then 25% of our profits in dividend.
If we will give more we can’t grow fast enough it’s important to carry on or vision, we see other stock companies that say “we are an investment for the long term” but when you give 50-75% dividend then you don’t show that..
Maybe u think the dividend isn’t high enough but on the long term our dividend will be higher because our profit will grow.
How we gonna make money:
- We will invest in q5 companies: raw and also manufacturing.
- We will trade on the Monetary Market.
- We will sell goods on different markets.
- We will trade in companies.
When the admin add the possibility to use contracts in stock company’s and the possibility to buy shares from other stock companies.
- Buy good in on #strade sell them on product markets.
- Invest in other strong stock companies.
You see this will be a lot work and even though I am very active I can’t do this at my own. But lucky we have a strong team!
Team
Every staff member will get goals, if they reach them they can get a bonus*. If they don’t they will get not a lot money.
*The bonus will be within the 5% that’s reserved for our staff. I hope I can give you the formulas soon.
Profit
75% of the profits will be re-invested in our stock company.
20% of our profits will be reserved for dividends.
And 5% of our profits will be reserved for our staff.
Shares
We will make 2500 shares, we won’t make it in one day but we will sell it in some steps.
I 1251 shares, I will buy all.*Completed
II500 shares, 5*100 share issue. It will be 5 gold each.
III15 days after we sell that 500 shares. 400 shares for 5.5 gold, 4*100 share issue.
IV20 days after that 400 shares. Last share issue 300 shares for 6 gold, 3*100 share issue.
We won’t issue shares anymore till day 500 at least.
*I decide to buy 50.01% of the shares to guarantee a stabile fund. I will invest 200 gold (all my gold). I will held from 200/5=40 shares dividend the rest I will sent back. If I have money and I want invest more I will sent the money to the stock company and then I will held 41 shares dividend in for instance. You can always check the logs or ask me for logs.
We will collect 500*5 + 200-50(creating company)=2650 gold in the first share issue’s. Second 400*5.5=2200 gold and third 300*6=1800 this will make 6650-2450*0.05=6527.5 gold by collecting money. This will make 6527.5/2500=2.61 estimated value a share.
I hope you guys won’t look to many to estimated value a share in the short term because we won’t have the highest. First of all because I have 1251 shares for only 200 gold. In reality I have only 35 for dividend etc. but I need them to guarantee a stabile fund. Als in the first weeks we will make/buy companies and then the value will be lower because ingame a q5 company is 351 gold worth and you have to buy it for more.
Fair play
We want to make sure you know we’re a fair stock company. Actually there are two options how you can be fair. You can buy shares for the same price as your investors (unfortunately I haven’t enough money for this) or you can sent dividends back that you doesn’t earn.
Our staff members have to buy shares for the same price as investors and they won’t have an advance in that price. The advance from being a staff member is that you will have a wage

unfortunatelyDarkDwain scammed us, or however you want call it. I was setting up the company and I was issuing shares then
Anyway I lost 50 gold with this and I still can’t believe how selfish people are I worked very hard for this and then..:/
Now I stop with crying it’s time to work, invest and make profit!

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
