First off, I would like to thanks
JamesThunder for giving me the funds for my campaign. A few days ago, he'd shouted that someone should run against Pfeifer and I'd jokingly commented that if he sent me the money, I'd run.
Much to my surprise, he actually sent me the money.
So, I said 'Well, this will be a fun toy' and I've spent the past few days just screwing around.
That all ended a few minutes ago when a senior administration official, a person whom I have the utmost respect for, came to me with some pretty serious concerns and logs of the national treasury. Then he asked me to make a serious run for President. My respect for this person is such that I am obligated to take this seriously.

I've known Pfeiffer a long time. I've known him to be, at times, petty, self-serving and a complete pain to deal with. This, however, really caught me off guard. I am honestly incredibly surprised and disappointed. I don't know what this was used for, perhaps he has some benevolent greater purpose, but I can say with certainty that he did not have congressional approval and cannot be accounted for by someone I would expect could account for anything legitimate happening on the USA Org.
That's 412 Gold and 150 Q5 weapons out of your pockets among some other shady looking deals.
I realize my behavior in the past few days has been a bit confusing but, of course, hardly any of it has been serious. It's been fun to paw around the national drama concerning NAR/ANAL and occasionally offer tidbits for people to think about.
If you know me or if you've read my paper, you know that I strongly believe that everyone should play this game in whatever way that's fun for them. That means, no, I don't think everyone should have to work on a commune. I'm not a communist; in fact that would run pretty contrary to the for profit bank I run and the books I keep for Greenfield Investments. If I have said anything in the past few days that made you question that, please understand that I was kidding and that nothing about this run was serious up until about 10 minutes ago.
I have little doubt Pfeiffer will respond by pointing out my spotty activity. You have my word, America, that I will give these responsibilities my utmost attention and will approach it with all the seriousness that the position of Country President demands.
The Presidency isn't a position I particularly want, I'm not a very ambitious person. But there are times when those who do not want power must take power in order to defend what is precious to them. You, America, are precious to me and I firmly believe that those in power have that power in order to provide the maximum possible enjoyment for you. You place those people in those positions, because you trust them to make that happen. Taking hundreds of gold from the US Treasury, your money, represents a very serious violation of that trust. I will not tolerate that from anyone.
Pfeiffer, I know you and I have had some harsh conversations over the last few days. I don't know if you'll believe me, but I am not motivated by that nor any desire to take you down. As much as I was upset, I am not one to hold grudges. I wrote this out of sincere concern. I have little doubt that you will never forgive me for this and for that, I am truly sorry.
America, I humbly ask for your vote on the 5th.
I have always had faith in you and I hope you'll have faith in me.
I will assemble an administration for your consideration and post it, as soon as is humanly possible.

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
