Black Swordsman : How do you feel becoming brazil's new cp after those months of getulio? do you feel confident?
MEDICO_DO_ALEM :Yes, i feel confident. i did a clean campaign, never have been getulio's oposition and i made clear my goal was to show
that is possible to build a government were exists a team, what diverges from the lonley government model of getulio.
Another aspect that i made clear is that we need a government team to show the newbies how the game works training them to be future country leaders.
Black Swordsman : There's anything that you would like to say to your supporters?
MEDICO_DO_ALEM :I'd like to tell to my supporters that there's no point if they vote for me and dont participate in the politics and government.
They have to enter in a party, join the army(Nacional MU) fight for the country, join the congress and specially join our IRC channel.
The vote is only the first step to change brazil, but what really defines this change is the citizens participation , some may even think i'm boring speaking this way,
but if the president doesnt try to make people participate and show what they are capable of, No one else will encourage them to it.
that wya they wont say that i just charge, i'm very grateful with the population's cooperation.
When our MM was attacked , we warned to dont buy BRL from the mercenary group and to prioritize ORG and the population heard us. yesterday we had a new attack, where they settled BRL at 0.0001g
and again the population heard us and cooperated. THE BRAZILIAN IS A WONDERFUL PEOPLE AND CAN BE EVEN BETTER.
Black Swordsman : Which changes you think brazil needs right now? and why?
MEDICO_DO_ALEM : Marketing and training.In the marketing matter i mean the world needs to know brazil, We have a stable currency, we have an Org with power to restrain possible MM attacks, we have great salaries, our products
arent expensive and we have several high regions.
You that need a place to invest, brazil is the right place.
You need to know a place is reazonable prices is the right place for you! if you just want to work brazil is again the right place for you!
i'd like to thank to this newspaper because of this publicity.
Lastly the training it's the training of our own population... we have a lot of players that came from the server america and they are starting now to acquire a bigger experience but that's something they get with time.
Black Swordsman : In your opinion what is needed to be a good cp? and why?
MEDICO_DO_ALEM :Everyone needs to be a good president : Politics,knowledge of the game mechanics and capacity to motivate people.
I always have been able to support and socialize with the new players, so motivate people has been always easy for me.
I had experience with the amercia's newbies since we created the biggest party from brazil and bring our people from america to primera they are my support in this server. the game knowledge can only be acquired learning with the most experienced players
ask questions etc...
In America i learned a lot with GerardWay,ReninX and Nicolai. when i became preisdent there i had those skills to motivate people and the knowledge but i hadnt tested my political skills at that point.
i faced many resistance from the old players, some parties, i had to generate expectatives and keep a coordenation inside my government. that balance i call it politics, that's the last element.without that you lose your head,break allainces for banal reasons and get caught in traps from the opostion.
Black Swordsman : Do you think you will be able to do all your plans for this month?
MEDICO_DO_ALEM : No, i seek a weekly feedback precisely to see where we are heading in our goals, however, i'm not Utopian at the poin of belive that i'll reach 100% of the goals we made,
just as I am obtaining victories that were not included in the campaign proposals.
But the essencetial to my government is to plant the seed of a collective government, where 5 or more people are able to work effectively, that's happening so... my gold was fulfilled.
Black Swordsman : Do you see right now any country as a threat to brazil?
MEDICO_DO_ALEM : Honestly,no. we have a stronger army now our stock,production,international parterships have grown, we have a cooperative and strong alliance, as well as good friends outside the alliance as portugal,argentina,spain etc...

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
