ON THE NON-AGGRESSION BETWEEN UKRAINE AND RUSSIA
(Moscow, January 28, 2012 )
The Government of Russia and Ukraine desiring to strengthen the cause of peace between Russia and Ukraine, on the basis of the main provisions of the Treaty of Neutrality concluded between Ukraine and Russia, 4 months ago reached the following agreement:
The Contracting Parties undertake to refrain from any violence, any aggressive action, and any attack on each other, both separately and jointly with other powers.
If one of the Contracting Parties become the object of belligerent action by a third power, the other Contracting Party will not support any form of this power.
Governments of both Contracting Parties will in the future in contact with each other for advice, to keep each other informed about matters affecting their common interests.
In case of disputes and conflicts between the Contracting Parties over problems of one kind or another, both parties will settle these disputes or conflicts exclusively by peaceful means of a friendly exchange of views, or, if necessary by establishing a commission to settle the conflict.
This Treaty is concluded for a month so that as one of the Contracting Parties does not denounce it 5 days before the expiry date of the Agreement shall automatically be extended for the next month.
This treaty could be ratified in a short time. Exchange of instruments of ratification shall take place in advance. The Agreement shall enter into force immediately after its signing.
Done in Ukrainian, Russian and English languages, 28 Januar 2012.
ПРО НЕНАПАД МІЖ УКРАЇНОЮ ТА РОСІЙСЬКОЮ ФЕДЕРАЦІЄЮ

Уряд Росії та України, керуючись бажанням зміцнення справи миру між Росією та Україною, та виходячи із основних положень Договору про нейтралітет, укладений між Україною та Росією
4 місяці тому прийшли до наступної угоди:
Обидві Сторони Договору зобов’язуються утримуватися відбудь-якого насильства, будь-яких агресивних дій та будь-якого нападу по відношенню один до одного, як окремо, так і спільно з іншими державами.
У випадку, якщо одна зі Сторін Договору опиниться об’єктом військових дій збоку третьої держави, інша Сторона Договору не буде підтримувати ні в якій формі цю державу.
Уряди обох Сторін Договору залишаться в майбутньому в контакті між собою для консультації, щоб інформувати один одного щодо питань, які зачіпають їх спільні інтереси.
У випадку виникнення суперечок та конфліктів між Сторонами Договору з питань того чи іншого роду, обидві Сторони будуть вирішувати ці суперечки або конфлікти виключно мирним шляхом у порядку дружнього обміну думками або у необхідних випадках шляхом створення комісій з врегулювання конфліктів.
Даний Договір укладається строком на місяць з тим, що у випадку, якщо одна із Сторін Договору не денонсує його за 5 днів до закінчення строку, строк дії Договору буде вважатися автоматично пролонгованим на наступний місяць.
Даний Договір підлягає ратифікації у максимально короткий термін. Обмін ратифікованими грамотами повинен відбутися завчасно. Договір вступає в силу негайно післяйого підписання.
Складений у трьох примірниках, на українській, російській та англійській мовах 28 січня 2012 року.
О НЕНАПАДЕНИИ МЕЖДУ УКРАИНОЙ И РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИЕЙ

Правительство России и Украины руководимые желанием укрепления дела мира между Россией и Украиной, и исходя из основных положений Договора о нейтралитете, заключенного между Украиной и Россией 4 месяца назад пришли к следующему соглашению:
Обе Договаривающиеся Стороны обязуются воздерживаться от всякого насилия, всякого агрессивного действия и всякого нападения в отношении друг друга, как отдельно, так и совместно с другими державами.
В случае, если одна из Договаривающихся Сторон окажется объектом военных действий со стороны третьей державы, другая Договаривающаяся Сторона не будет поддерживать ни в какой форме эту державу.
Правительства обоих Договаривающихся Сторон останутся в будущем в контакте друг с другом для консультации, чтобы информировать друг друга о вопросах, затрагивающих их общие интересы.
В случае возникновения споров и конфликтов между Договаривающимися Сторонами по вопросам того или иного рода, обе Стороны будут разрешать эти споры или конфликты исключительно мирным путем в порядке дружественного обмена мнениями или в нужных случаях путем создания комиссий по урегулированию конфликтов.
Настоящий Договор заключается сроком на месяц с тем, что, поскольку одна из Договаривающихся Сторон не денонсирует его за 5 дней до истечения срока, срок действия Договора будет считаться автоматически продленным на следующий месяц.
Настоящий договор подлежит ратифицированию в возможно короткий срок. Обмен ратификационными грамотами должен произойти заблаговременно. Договор вступает в силу немедленно после его подписания.
Составлен в трех оригиналах, на украинском, русском и английском языках, 28 января 2012 года.

In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
