I just read this article , where Kronus said a worthy suggestion, but in my opinion this need a bit of upgrade.
WHERE IS THE PROBLEM?
The thing is about gold and assets from banned players. This is no secret, that there are many banned players, who violated the laws and they’re banned with their companies and gold, with total value in some cases, more than 100 golds.
It’s not a good thing, that they are laying in there without any attention, while in world banking is a popular thing (I’m the leader of one of the banks), and there are many players which got permabanned/leave the game without any payment of debts, assets or any gold in their pockets, which creates a big losses for other players. And that’s causes other players to leave (few times at my business beginning, I was thinking about this, when lost many hard earned golds in banned players) or makes some player so angry, that they cheat half of the world, before they got ban, so making something like chain reaction.
SOLUTION OF THIS
There are many talks and suggestions how admins should minimize the risks of other players loosing gold, so here is my suggestion.
When player gets ban and he has some properties, and golds in pocket and have no active debts to other players, all his money should be transferred to Admin/game or whatever else bank (I think that game owners have no problems make special Debt bank). There should be collection of all golds, that comes from banned players.
When it’s time to deal with debts, this is the moment when this „Debt Bank” (lets’s call it like this) comes in action. Responsible persons check the debitors list, and pay all or part of the debt which they should pay. Of course debt list is much bigger than Debt Bank assets and total money value, but this will show the other players that administration is interested, that debts are paid and there is as minimal risk as possible of loosing gold.
The same procedure can be applied to players, that are active but shows no initiative to pay back their debts. Debt bank pays all or part of the debt to lender, but debtor debt is transferred from citizen to Debt Bank, which will also help the debt bank administration to control the process of debtor progress and willingness of debt payback.
Of course, in this case, if such Debt Bank as I described will exist, it is necessary to create the system which will help to separate crazy debts (lent 100 golds for 3 days with payback 150 g, and other crazy offers) from balanced and well considered debts. In this case I have suggestion to add the text field in debts, where the player should write the terms of the debt (why he need this money, where he will spend this money, etc) between players. This should be visible only for both players and administration and should be only with information role which will help to decide the priorities for Debt bank administration, who to pay back gold at first.
Of course there is a needed for some kind of system, so this can work properly and fairly, but this will really make this game more attractive in economy module. As we know not everybody is here for the wars (I can call myself as example), so this would be the great thing for those, who are earning their golds with building their economical empires.
And I’m sure, that I’m not the only one who thinks that current forced debt payback system is not safe enough and needs many improvements.
This was my first suggestion to make this game better, and I hope that you understand what I want to say here, and you will like this Idea. I’m not doing this for some „Tester medal,” you can keep it if you will release this. I’m doing this for all of those players who are making their money with banking and are forced to work under high risks.
If you will decide that this suggestion has it’s value and you need help with some more suggestions in this and help to create this system, I’m ready to help and work with you. If not – then anyway I’m happy to give you this suggestion and hope that someday you will release part of this, making this game more interesting.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules.
First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you
will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress
as a fighter.
You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which
are owned by the state.
After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your
own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock
company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics
in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes.
From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability
to run for the head of the party you're in.
You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws
proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself.
Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you.
You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential
elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state
(for example, who to declare war on).
Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have
a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military.
In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control
over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials.
For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have
to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on
their territory.
You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life
as a pacifist
who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling
products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
