perasaan gw lumayan sering denger cerita2 orang bikin kumpeni tapi nggak tau diapain, dan klopun udah tau ngapain, bingung kok nggak untung2, malah rugi...

emang iya jelas, kumpeni bisa jadi sarana bwt nambah untung, ato seenggaknya hidup mandiri lah. tapi inget, gw bilang bisa, bukan pasti. jadi tergantung strateginya agan ngelola kumpeni bagaimana

sekedar curcol aja, gw juga pernah hidup kacau kok >.< pernah punya kumpeni weapon udah dibikin sampe q3, ternyata kalah persaingan >.< akhirnya terpaksa dissolve, soalnya dijual pun nggak laku rugi bandar gw

tapi lumayan lah jadi pengalaman, klo mau berenang usahain jangan makan sebelumnya (hubungannya apaan? :hammer: )

gw cuman ngasih sekedar tips ajah, take it or leave it.

di e-sim, jual-beli, baik di marketplace atau di channel irc kayak #strade , semua berlandaskan supply-demand. termasuk jual-beli produk, termasuk pula perang di job market (jiah bahasanya perang ). artinya, selain harga produk, baik harga barang jualan ato bahan raw untuk modal, atau tawaran gaji di job offer, semua harus ditimbang2. nggak bisa asal bonek ajah...

dan tiap jenis kumpeni pun hasilnya beda2. satu perbedaan yg paling gede itu antara kumpeni raw material sama kumpeni barang jadi. perlu diinget, naik kw pabrik raw material nambah produksi, tapi naik kw pabrik barang jadi cuman ningkatin kualitas, dan justru ngurangin jumlah produksi. inget, di artikel gw yg awal2 , semua barang baku cuman butuh 1 produktifitas, sebaliknya semua barang jadi butuh produktifitas yg naik klo kw pabriknya di-upgred.

dari sini, gw bisa bilang klo mau main di kumpeni raw material, JANGAN terjun klo punya modal dikit. sori gw agak pedes ngomongnya, tapi inget, saingan agan2 itu banyak yang pabriknya kw gede (termasuk gw pabrik Q4. makanya nabung ). sekedar gambaran, cek gambar di bawah.

bisa dilihat, semakin gede kw kumpeni, semakin banyak juga jumlah produksinya, jadi yang kw kecil bakal kegusur sama yg kw gede...

trus yang barang jadi gmn? nah ini yg menarik. gw fokus sama food, gift, sama wepen ajah yah, soalnya ada hubungan sama perang

inget, di e-sim nggak ada fight unlimited. tiap orang itu ada batasnya. batasnya dari mana? dari eat food sama eat gift. orang2 makanya ingin sebisa mungkin fight sebanyak mungkin. selain biar exp-nya banyak, damage yg dikasih juga bisa banyak. jadi, logis klo gw bilang untuk gift sama food, barang kw rendah bakal kegusur sama barang yg punya kw lebih tinggi. simpel ajah, orang pengin fight banyak, makanya bakal ngincer food sama gift yg kw tinggi.

trus wepen gimana? ini gw bisa bilang permintaan agak seimbang. kenapa bisa? walo secara jumlah mungkin lebih banyak yg ngincer wepen kw rendah, karena murah tentu aja, tapi jumlah produksi wepen kw rendah lebih tinggi daripada jumlah produksi wepen kw tinggi. jadi saran gw, kalo mau mulai awal bikin kumpeni, gw saranin wepen klo modal masih kecil.

bisa diliat klo secara umum dari kw rendah ke kw tinggi jumlah hasil penjualan naik. dan bisa diliat juga, mau kw apapun kumpeni barang jadi agan, jumlah modal raw yang dibutuhin tetap.

eh, diliat2, itu kok nggak rata naiknya ya? liat aja wepen, itu q2 kok bisa lebih untung dari q3?

jangan diliat harganya aja gan, diliat juga barang itu laku ato nggak, banyak saingannya ato nggak. inget supply-demand. klo misal harga jualnya bagus tapi nggak laku2, kacau kan jadinya...

oh ya, satu lagi, mumpung masih inget, jangan lupa, keadaan pegawai juga vital bwt kumpeni. gimana pentingnya? di e-sim, produktifitas berubah2 tergantung jumlah pegawai yang udah kerja (cek disini ). sebgai contoh aja, cek gambar di bawah

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
