Una cosa che tutti dovrebbero ricordarsi di fare, LEGGERE e CAPIRE il regolamento. E siccome credo che ricevano molti ticket di gente che si lamenta non avendolo letto, invito a prendere visione.
Cari cittadini,
Parecchi di voi probabilmente non sanno come sono interpretate le leggi di e-Sim e cosa vogliano obiettivamente dire. Abbiamo deciso di fare un articolo per spiegarle.
Sopratutto ci auguriamo che leggiate la 12a legge dove è spiegato in dettaglio cosa è considerato spam.
1. E' permesso avere un solo account. La violazione di questa legge comporta un ban permanente a tutti i vostri account. Se condividete lo stesso IP con un altro giocatore, dovete avvertire un Game Operator. In questa situazione, non è permessa alcuno scambio fra i due.
2. Tutti i contenuti (commenti, articoli, avatar, cittadini, nomi di company, ecc.) non possono rappresentare pornografia, razzismo, flaming e nient'altro considerato di disturbo.
Tutte le cose scritte/possiedute dagli utenti vengono classificate come permesse. Inserire un qualsiasi contenuto che può essere interpretato come: pornografia, razzismo, flaming, volgare, offensivo, ecc. è vietato e verrà cancellato. Se il giocatore continua a inserire materiale di disturbo sarà ammonito e successivamente riceverà un ban temporaneo.
3. L'utilizzo di bots o software per giocare è assolutamente vietato.
Utilizzare qualsiasi tipo di software o applicazione che funziona da sola come: scripts per combattere, scripts per mandare messaggi in massa, scripts per lavorare/allenarsi ecc. è proibito è la conseguenza è il ban permamente.
4.Usare bug a proprio vantaggio porterà al ban permanente. Ricordate che si riceve una medaglia da 5 gold per ogni bug trovato.
Approfittare di qualsiasi bug o errore è proibito. I player saranno puniti se violano questa regola a seconda dell'importanza del bug. La pena va dal ban temporaneo al ban permanente.
5. Vendere e comprare gli account, i gold, gli oggetti o moneta (in cambio di soldi reali o crediti in altri game) è vietato e può portare al ban permanente.
Scambiare qualcosa fra diversi giochi o in vita reale non è permesso. Questo include anche lo scambio di voti fra i game. Gli shout con queste proposte saranno cancellati e il giocatore potrebbe essere bannato temporaneamente. Se ci sono le prove che lo scambio è avvenuto l'account sarà bannato permanentemente senza nessun avvertimento.
6. I cittadini si assumono la responsabilità delle loro azioni e dei contenuti pubblicati. Ogni violazione delle leggi della Real Life saranno inviate agli organi competenti.
Tutti i cittadini sono responsabili di quello che fanno. La scusa che è stato un membro della famiglia a compiere l'infrazione non sarà ritenuta valida. Il responsabile delle azioni è l'account e non la persona che lo manovra.
7. Invitare altri giocatori per sfruttarli è vietato (per esempio farli lavorare a paga minima o fargli donare i soldi al vostro account).
In altre parole, pompare l'account è proibito in qualsiasi manier. Gli admin non permettono che un cittadino favorisca un altro per fare favori o per il buon cuore. I cittadini possono lavorare a salario minimo, ma DEVONO ricevere un pagamento tramite donazione almeno una volta a settimana adeguato alla skill lavorativa. Il giocatore che viola questa regola può essere multato in gold o anche permabannato.

8. E' proibito far gestire l'account a chiunque altro abbia già un account (account sitting)
E' permesso di giocare solo col proprio account. Lavorare o allenarsi per un amico e assolutamente vietato. Se un amico viene a casa vostra dovete avvisare lo staff o riempire il form per l'IP sharing.
9. Danneggiare, spammare, flammare nel forum e-sim, nella wiki o nel canale IRC può portare al ban.
Qualsiasi tipo di danno sui sub-sites e-sim ufficiali non è permesso. Anche aggirare i ban su forum e IRC è vietato.
10. Non si devono pubblicare informazioni personali su nessun giocatore di e-sim.
Pubblicare informazioni personali come: nomi in real-life, indirizzi, numeri di telefono, email, foto ecc. è assolutamente vietato. e-Sim si prende cura della privacy degli utenti, chiunque infranga questa regola sarà immediatamente penalizzato.
11. Insultare, provocare, o chiamare in causa gli admin con prove false è vietato e comporta il ban permanente.
Ogni tipo di errore con l'amministrazione verrà penalizzato. A seconda della gravità, il cittadino può essere bannato temporaneamente o definitivamente.
12. E' vietato mettere qualsiasi informazione (sopratutto spam) che non è direttamente collegata al gioco.
Inserire un contenuto classificato come spam sarà rimosso. Le seguenti cose sono ritenute spam:
Articoli: sub for sub,offrire oggetti per subs/voti, pubblicità ad altri giochi
Commenti: link agli articoli, sub for sub, pubblicità ad altri giochi
Shouts: sub for sub, pubblicità ad altri giochi, ripetere lo stesso shout
Tutti i contenuti qui sopra saranno cancellati a partire dal giorno 175. Non rimuoveremo i contenuti inseriti prima di quella data.
13. Abbiamo il diritto di bannare qualsiasi utente.
Anche se le regole sono scritte, tutti i ban devono avere una ragione valida. Non ci saranno cittadini bannati senza motivo.
14. Lo staff può cambiare le leggi scritte.
15. E' proibito forzare i giocatori a cliccare sugli ads.
16. Rubare dalle Org nazionali è proibito.
Rubare oggetti o moneta dalle Org nazionali è proibito. Utilizzare queste org per pompare il proprio account o MU non è permesso.

You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
