1st hacking accounts through phishing pages
2nd taking products/money through the strade channel on those profiles and not paying/sending products in the other way
3rd sending the products/money from the scammed people on their profiles and the selling them
What can i say, that is not against the game laws (thats what the moderators said) and nothing can be done against those people.
After that another bunch of scammers from slovenia appeared on #strade and they are scamming people for a low amount of money/products but ALOT of times.
yes i am sure alot of people have been scammed by
Generalni and zdolsek , and no matter how many times they get banned under different nicknames they keep coming back because of their dynamic IPs under different nicknames and they keep scamming people again, BUT that is not against the game laws and the mods wont do anything about it.
Lately the scammers started to become smarter (or atleast they think they are) and started doing some amazing scams:
1st invite someone in your MU with an agreement to be co leader so he will transfer the companies to your MU
2nd after he transfer the companies make a fight with him so he wouldnt want to stay
3rd after the fight he will eather leave by himself or you will kick him out of the MU and never talk with him again
The companies are in your MU possesion and they are yours, noone can tell you what to do with them except yourself. Offcourse except being immoral and against the RL laws (which are not respected ingame) there is nothing wrong with this, it is a perfect scam and noone can do anything to you because scamming is not against the game laws. You can simply sell those companies and take the money for yourself without being punished for it because you "didntt do anything wrong or anything against the game laws".
So why dont you all people start to scam? Why dont you all start being doutchebags?
That is not against the game laws. Noone can ever do anything to you if you do that, but they will delete your newspaper/shout and warn you if you ask for subs 2 much or you insult someone. <== LOL?
As far as i am concerned, being by or against the rules scamming is immoral and should not be allowed ingame same as in the real life.
How can someone who worked hard for a couple fo gold to be scammed and lose it, and the scammer to enjoy in the profit from someones elses hard work? How can that be allowed?
How can someone take someones companies worth hundreds of gold and put them on sale like they are his and nothing to be done against him?
As far as i know when someone receive some gold from a multi (even if t is 1 gold the people have been fined for it) they get atleast a fine to pay that gold, and when someone send them dozens or hundreds of gold worth companies/products or maybe even currency/gold without geting anything back can be allowed?
To be honest it is eather because i dont understand the game, or something is not right about it.
How can a person get fined for 1 gold, and a person who got companies worth more than 700 gold in his MU without giving anything back (+ pur the companies on sale) doesnt even get a warning and surely not obligated to return the companies to the proper owner? The game moderators can check and see that, but they "cant" do anything about that because it is not against the game rules?
How can the scamming be allowed anywhere? How is it possible not to be against the game rules?
I am sure alot of people would like an explanation about that question!!!
I am sorry about the grammar and the mistakes in the text but i am writing it in a hurry and because i am pissed off about the things that are going on and are being allowed in the game.

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
