Dear community of e-Sim.
Today, we are happy to introduce our new paper!
Its purpose, however, is not to replace the role of the “Admin News ” newspaper.
The Admin News will continue to bring you the latest information about new implementations, updates and improvements made to e-Sim. On the other hand, Staff News will bring you news from and about the Staff Team. Therefore, by subscribing to this newspaper, you can stay informed about every change in the Staff Team.
Basically, “Staff News” is going to be the staff’s main way to share important informations to the.entire player's community. Therefore, do not hesitate to subscribe and vote this article!
1. Departures & Arrivals
As many amongst you have already noticed, we had to say goodbye to a few colleagues over the last weeks.
Indeed for diverse reasons, the former-GO’s
SiRi , Starlight , 
Gaddafi , _Zyzz_ and former-SGO logical87 left the Staff team. We would like to thank them for all the work they have done for e-Sim over the past months.
But, these sad departures aside, we are happy to announce the arrival of 4 new Game Operators!
First, we have the former-French and currently Belgian
Orango , GO since day 215. Then, 
Luis Ariel Zavarella , from Argentina, joined us on day 228. And on day 231 we had two more recruits: the former-British and now Swedish player 
Ranflax and 
Xerox , from Ireland !
Moreover, former-GO
Plesen1 has been promoted to Super Game Operator. She will now occupy this position along with Red Doctor and Matevzs1 . We are sure she will be perfect for this role and would like to wish her good luck !
2. Beginner’s Guide
A few days ago we reached a very important marker of 20.000 active players on e-Sim! We would like to thank you all for bringing your friends to the game and we would like to welcome every new citizen on e-Sim!
With the many babybooms we have witnessed lately, we also realised that it is pretty difficult for a new player to start on e-Sim as many don’t want to start digging in the depths of the Wiki to find the right information. Therefore, we started working on a Beginners Guide and a FAQ to help new players but also more experienced players out.
We will keep you informed about this.
3. e-Sim Laws soon to be updated
The Staff team is currently discussing the Laws and preparing an update to make them more clear, complete and fair for every player. We will probably post an article in this newspaper soon with the updated laws and an explanation for each one. Stay tuned !
4. Bugs, Forum and Wiki
We would like to apologize for the bugs encountered right after the Congress elections. We tried to fix them as soon as possible. Beside, we are working on fixing the Forum and Wiki, they will be restored as soon as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience.
4. Meet the Staff [Part 1]: Luis Ariel Zavarella
Staff: "Hi LuisArielZavarella, can you tell us how you found e-Sim and what you like the most about the game?"
Luis Ariel Zavarella: “Well, I was in a channel of the party of another game (Peces del Infierno). and one friend told me he found a new similar game. And he asked me to enter. And i did it. And i like this game because i don’t need a VISA to do damage. And i found a lot of people who make me have a good day.
S: “Okay thank you
Now, I was wondering, what have you done in your slife until now? Have you ever been party president, congressman, etc. ?"
LAZ: Of course. I was a "Dictator" of Argentina. Because i was Country President, Party President and Congressman. CP for 45 days
I tried the congress elections 6 times, 5 elected, and i was Party president 2 times. I initiated the War between Argentina and Australia but now I have shame for that. I think this is all i can remember for now Oh but none of these things is better than be in the Staff of eSim. NOTHING
S: ”
And what decided you to apply for Game Operator?"
LAZ: Mmm...Because i wanted to give back something to the game.
S: "Seems a pretty good reason to me.
And can you bring to the team and the game as a GO according to you ?"
LAZ: I think I can help the team because I’m always for there when someone need my help. People will always get a fast answer from my part if I’m behind the computer.
S: "Which module do you like the most in e-Sim? Media, Military, Political, Economical and why ?
LAZ: Of these 4 I guess I like more the Political. Because im experienced on that module. But the main reason because this game lives is the "Social module" :p
S: “What did you think about your first days spent in the Staff team?”
LAZ: Is my best experience on my whole time Playing eSim.
S: "Great ! Now a couple of "fun" questions for you.
Why is your nickname Luis Ariel Zavarella ? Where does it comes from? And what does your avatar represent?"
LAZ: Hehe. Well...My nickname represents i dont have imagination. Because that is my RL name >_< And my avatar represents 2 things. First: BAY, I love them <3 Secondly: Nirva
S: “...You mean Nirvana ? :p”
LAZ: Lol, I must kill my self right now because i wrote that bad...
S: “Noo, please wait, I still have some questions
LAZ: Continue before my blood spare over the floor. I can’t live thinking i wrote only Nirva >_<

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
