ECONOMY
GOVERNMENT DEBT
• As at 6 June 2012, the size of government debt or Amanah Saham Nasional is 747.42 Gold. This statistics have not included the dividend of 50.72 Gold that not paid yet.
• The debt is very big and we need to pay about 20.93 Gold as interest per week.
• Our companies are generating profit about 5 Gold daily, if the profit gained used to pay debt, we need to use 150 days to pay all the debt which is not include the interest yet.
• Therefore, we need to increase our companies’ efficiency with maximum productivity to increase our revenue.
• We planned to decrease the debt to 400 Gold, which we will pay back foreign citizens’ capital first.
GOVERNMENT COMPANIES
• We currently have 4 companies, which is 2 Q5 food companies, 1 Q5 weapon company and 1 Q5 diamond company (rented to others).
• Some of the companies are lack of workers which resulted in less profit earned.
• Hence, we need to employ more active workers from job market.
• Besides, we need some company managers to manage the companies and gain experiences. Managers will get salary based on their performance.
• Government may be listing Malaysian Government Companies on stock market to gather capital and expands its business. This suggestion will be review carefully on its details and make sure government still gain control of MGC. Shares offer for sale will be given priority to Malaysians.
CITIZENS INVOLVEMENT
• The game is boring if citizen just work, train and fight. Thus we need to increase the activity in game.
• Government will open tender for citizens to bid and the lowest price will win. The products needed will be grain, iron, food, gift or weapon. The supply of products can be from trade market or production from company.
• To strengthen financial market, Bank Negara Malaysia will provide 3 commercial bank licenses to citizens. The banks that get the license will get vouch for the deposit in their bank. The owners of banks are suggested to expand their banking business to foreign countries as Malaysian market is small and they should follow all the rules of the game to prevent banning on them. Noted that, losses suffered by those banks are not responsibility of government.
• Apart from commercial bank, BNM will also provide 3 license to other financial institutions, which is Islamic bank, investment bank and mutual fund each. They will get the same benefit as commercial bank.
INCREASE TREASURY
• To maintain the strength of public finance and balance between revenue and expenditures, government needs to generate income besides from companies.
• We had discussed before to hold a civil war in the country. Currently cost to start a civil war is 62.10 Gold.
• The rules of civil war are to make sure loyalist win in the war and prolong the battle to 15 rounds.
• If each BH player donates 3 Gold to treasury, we will get a total of 90 Gold and deducted that cost, we will get a total 27.9 Gold as profit.
• Besides, congressmen who win in election should donate part of their gold to treasury as their responsibility and help the government.
FINANCIAL SUSTAINBILITY
• To improve citizens’ financial conditions, Employees Provident Fund will be established.
• All Malaysians and MU members will be required to work for government companies using gold salary (exclude those foreign people holding Malaysian citizenship).
• 2/3 of their salary will be sent to EPF to be safeguarded. Their salary will be utilized wisely in investment or ASN to generate income. Dividend will be paid if have profit.
• Citizens will be able to withdraw part of their money in EPF when level 14 and all when level 15 or above.
• The money can help government to have more financial sources to make more training war and etc.
CURRENCY STABILITY
• To prevent possible speculation on Malaysian Ringgit, BNM will maintain the rates of MYR at 0.035 Gold each.

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
