greetings all who bother to read on!
well this is my very first article and in all honesty could be my last but who knows!
a little about me first, so please ignore my self indulgence while i digress from the topic in hand!
i am
Copius , yes im pretty much a noob, only a few will even know i exist in eUK as i have been radio silent for some time now lurking in the background reading articles, working and training everyday fighting regularly and pretty much being the type of citizen that really should be doing more. i did use IRc for a while early on and im pretty certain i will be revisisting sometime soon as everyone i have spoken to on there has been friendly inviting and extremely helpful. overall i try to keep updated on the goings on of our glorious nation and read as many articles and forum posts as possible

i felt the need to make my first article in light of the recent CP elections and all the shabang that has gone along with it!
essentially from what i have gathered there was a close run CP election which was eventually wnding with
Assassin22 coming out on top and becoming CP.
now i did vote for
Smack i can clearly see the qualities he has and spoken to him on several occasions and although he is a perverted internet bride ordering monkey spanker
he is indeed from what i can see one of the most qualified, experienced citizens to be bestowed the trust of our nation and lead from the front. this brings me to my point.........
how the hell did he lose the vote in the first place?
this in my eyes show a fudemental flaw in the overall running of this fine E-country. this is not a flaw of any individual but clearly shows the vast gap between the original members and those who have joined much later in the cycle.
now i know that it appears that
Assassin22 has won the election because he "mass pm'd" but if thats all it takes surely this shows the disconnection of the top few who truely understands how things work to the the others that dont.
how should it even be possible for someone to win an election by simply just sending some messages out? this to me suggests that people dont really know what going on, i would say they didnt care but this cannot be the case as they took the time to actually vote and they bother to log in so it at least is showing willing.
now this isnt meant to point at anyone and say they are not doing this or they should be doing that but the fact this was able to happen should be enough to show that a shake up is needed and better lines of communication are needed.
i dont have answers i wish i did and i know there are far more peeps out there who will have some great ways to move forward.
the reason the TPP are voted in time after time is because they seem to be the only ones capable of actually having some sort of a plan, the only time i tend to see a peep out of any of the other parties is a couple of days before any sort of election, if you you want to envoke a change spend the time convinicng people you are serious and that you really to have a plan for change and have the slightest bit of nouse to carry it out! at leat try and take the TPP on not just gather numbers for your party and not actually present a plausable alternative.

Essentially you cant blame
Assassin22 for getting a job he couldnt handle, you have to ask yourself how was it even possible for him to do it?

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
