No pude publicar ayer el artículo por los problemas del server, lo hago hoy antes de que todos voten
Vuelven las elecciones al congreso, como siempre todos quieren entrar pero solo 20 serán los elegidos
Este último mes he podido entrar por segunda vez al congreso, doy las gracias a los que me votaron, sus votos no fueron en vano.
En este país parece que ser congresista consiste en:
a) Llevarte la medalla tan bonita
b) Donar los 5 golds al estado para quedar bien
c)Votar que si a los MPP
Pero yo he hecho más que eso, quiero ayudar al estado y para ello he hecho los siguientes laws:
Cambio de impuestos en los states - DENEGADO
-He intentado que se subiera casi nada esta tasa porque veo bastantes states a la venta y así se podría recaptar algo más de ESP, pero no ha sido posible. Espero que en la próxima legislatura se acepte el cambio de tasa

El mes pasado no tuve inspiración y solo prometí dar los 5 gold.
Este mes propongo pequeños ajustes
1- Modificar la ayuda del pan
Se está malbaratando el pan, no hay muchos nuevos jugadores, y pocos que acceden a esta ayuda siguen jugando, en resumen, perdemos xESP y esos panes se quedan en la cuenta olvidados.
Para ello quiero que se restringa la ayuda a:
a) La ayuda comenzará a partir del nivel 3-4
b) Tanto la persona que gana este pan como
Spain AASS tendrán que acordar una hora para recibir el pan todos los días. Cuando Spain AASS vea conectado al jugador, se los enviará indicando el lugar donde los tiene que usar y el jugador tendrá 45 minutos para hacerlo. En caso que no lo use, el jugador no podrá acceder a esta ayuda durante 3 días. En caso que no se conecte durante los siguientes 30 minutos después de la hora acordada, no recibirá la ayuda ese día.
c)Los primeros días se enviarán x panes Q3, y si obedece las indicaciones, se le aumentará esta cantidad
d) Si se descubre que el jugador vende el pan en el mercado, el jugador no podrá recibir más esta ayuda
BENEFICIOS
-Más daño de jugadores novatos
-Desfilfarro de menos ESP y menos pan
-Nuevos jugadores educados (al luchar siguiendo las órdenes y conectarse puntualmente)
2- Subida de algún impuesto
No digo subir 10-15% sino apenas un 5%. Intentaré negociar con el congreso la subida de impuestos de los states.

-Más ESP para las arcas
-Menos beneficios para los vendedores, aunque espero que no noten la diferencia y que recapten aproximadamente lo mismo
3- Ideas nuevas
a) "Gracias veteranos!" Esta idea quiero proponérsela al próximo gobierno. Se trataría de recopensar a los jugadores que nacieron durante el día 1 y 100 y que llevan desde tanto tiempo implicados en el juego. Es una idea que el futuro Gobierno tendrá que aceptar y aplicar, yo solo doy la idea, no la aplico. Les daré más detalles.
b) No tiene nombre: He estudiado una nueva manera de trabajar para los que buscan trabajo autónomo y que puede tener futuro. No quiero adelantar sucesos de momento, pero quiero que haya gente que me apoye. Solo os digo que trabajador y propietario salen ganando

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
