I asked some other BHers when they started going after this tricky little medal. I myself started going after it a couple weeks ago trying to get the Double BH achievement. I got different answers.
Speedy , 
Sub Zero , and 
e e Q started almost immediately at the beginning of the game. And though their strength was low so was everyone else’s so it didn’t matter. 
Spike Spiegel started early this year at about 1250 strength, while 
Kioto96 started about 4 months ago at I’m guessing about 1300. And 
Pentito started at about 1000 strength.
On second thought that might not be the most useful information…..but it does introduce the people that answered my questions so let’s have a big round of applause
Now this raises a question, when should you start BHing? While anyone can get lucky and manage to grab a BH, going after them with any regularity has a certain requirement. Now the strength required depends on what you’re willing to put into it. With high quality supply + special items + a lot of time you can get BHs with less than 1000 strength. I would suggest at least 1300 strength to start and of course the higher your strength the better, however you will never be the strongest fighter if you didn’t start on day 1 so you’ll have to deal with that.
The other requirement is time and a reliable internet. If you’re going to be serious about it you’re going to be watching multiple battles waiting for the right one to strike in. Most BHers wait until the end of the round to hit about T-2. If you’re going to do this you’re going to need to hit fast which is where the reliable internet comes in, nothings worse than waiting, waiting then hitting and losing the BH + your damage because your internet went wacky (Trust me I know….).
This brings up one strategy for BHing: Speed. If you can hit faster than your competitor than you can take a BH with less damage thus allowing you to get more medals. However I would advise you use a mouse for this, laptop mouse’s suck for speed….. I can’t do that so I hit hard at T-2 if I think I can take the BH. Mostly that was about the answer I got though some of the BHers I talked to hit earlier if they don’t have time.
Now what kind supplies should you use? Depends on multiple things such as strength (higher your strength the less supplies you need to do the same damage), reasons (if you’re going after profit you need to watch how much gold your spending for your damage), and your income (if you make a lot of money then you can afford better supplies). I use this battle calculator http://calc.e-sim.lt/ to find my damage with different supplies.
e e Q uses buffs plus whatever weapons she has. And Sub Zero uses Q1 weapons without buffs except when needed. I personally use Q1 weapons + steroids and extra gift or food if needed.
Now let’s look at why players BH and why you might want to.
1 If you have good strength (1500) it’s profitable.
This is a large part of why I do it, I calculated that with my rate of success plus the cool down of buffs I can make about an extra 4 gold a week conservatively not much but that’s all profit. This profit is the driving force behind why a lot of players BH hunt, especially after they lose the excitement of it.
Speedy for instance has lost the excitement that BHing used to have for him but he still does it occasionally when he needs gold.
2 The excitement.
This is probably a close second to a reason for BHing right behind profit. I know that the excitement of the last couple seconds of a round fighting it out with someone for a BH is one of the main reasons I didn’t quit E-sim. The excitement is also the main reason
e e Q hunts; she doesn’t even pay attention to the gold as long as she doesn’t go bankrupt.
3 The medals look cool.
Well what can I say all the medals look cool and you don’t want them to be lonely do you? This is the reason
Pentito started BHing though it took him a bit of trying to get his first BH medal You know what I’m talking about Pentito .

Spike Spiegel “Watch all battles, decide how far you can go for BH medal (can you fight against your country or its allies, can you take BH medal from someone who has none and so on).” This is an important part of it…..How far will you go?
Kioto96 “when you take the first you become addicted to BH's and you will try to take them.” So very true.
Sub Zero “watch RWs and what MUs are supporting it, if you see few MUs, check who is online from that MU, his location etc etc.” Good advice if you have time and want to get more in depth with it.
Pentito “Always believe in yourself, never surrender, if you fail first time, try again and again and again!” Very similar to what Speedy said and just as inspiring.

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
