Sorry for my bad english !
This is an article with the updates i want to see in the game:

Goverment Projects:

- political projects

-Embassy (Needed to creat MPP
(can be destroyed, deteriorated, can be sabotaged)

-Court (impeach Congress , take CS , give a fine for bad language(here should be a limit set by the admin lets say a maxim of 10 gold, the money will go to the country)
( this project can be destroyed, deteriorated, can be sabotaged)
-...............................................................

Economic Projects

- Roads (give a bonus to regions with resources lets say from 1% to 5% depend on the roads quality,
( can be destroyed, deteriorated, can be sabotaged)

- Electricity (electricity factory can raise the bonuses in companies. electricity factory should have workers , if no one work there the quality will deteriorate and produce less electricity until is completley distroyed. Lets say that a electricity factory q1 can produce 100 kilowatt/day and it's selling 90 kilowatt/day , thats mean it's working at 90% of it's capability and it will deteriorate faster if there are no workers and if sell only 10% it will deteriorate slower.
A company who want electricity will have to buy it for a minimum 5 days(pay it in front), each worker will use as many kilowatt as the owner of the company wants to(1kilowatt = 2% bonus production 5 kilowatt 10%. 5 kilowatt should be the maximum number )
Let's say that some company owner buy 100 kilowatt/day for 5 days , he only have 5 workers and he wants that his workers to use maximum of electricity(5kw/day x5 workers) that will be 25 kw used/day, the rest of the electricity will be lost for that day.
Or you can have a counter and pay exactley for how much electricity your workers use .
Electricity can be sold to neighbours Goverments or neighbours regions
(this project can be destroyed, deteriorated, can be sabotaged)

Military projects

-Goverment MU , the actualy MU will join the Goverment MU and they will become just regiments. Each regiment can administrate their own money , resources , equipments etc
Goverment MU should give more advantages special train (for str).
The MU now work like this novice 5% regular 10% veteran 15% elite 20% , The Regiments (MU from this days) can specialize new bonuses dmg. One example, my MU will be Regiment Lords
Regiment Lords can specialize in defence / attack / resistance wars. Regiment Lords is specialized in defence and it has 15% bonus dmg . If the order is set on a battle that request to attack this 15% bonus dmg wont work. The Goverment MU can set orders but so Regiments can, if the GMU(goverment MU) will set the order on battle x all Regiments from this MU will have a 10% bonus damage , but if battle x will be on defence and the Lords Regiment will have the same order on battle x it will have a total of 25% bonus dmg
(this project can be destroyed, deteriorated, can be sabotaged)


-National Rocket launcers (this need more to think about) from smal rockets to Nuclear rockets
Rockets can do small dmg in a battle , big dmg in a battle and even decrease the economical production on the region that was used or the buildings that are constructed in that region. For the moment let's just say that a small rocket can only do some dmg and the last one(nuclear) can cause real pain like -20% production -50% str gained etc or even close the entire region for 15 days(no one allowed to move in, to work in it , etc)
This can and will be used only on the goverment aproval
And if you think this will not be fair or balanced or to strong for the game the small ones are build(at maximum capacity) in 5 days and the big one(at maximum capacity) in 30 Days or more
When a rocket is launched it will take some time(depends on the quality) until it will reach her destination, lower Quality means more time like 6 hours and bigger Quality hit the target in 2 hours

-National Anti-rocket launcers
This will consume Electricity when is turned on. If the NAR(National Anti-rocket launchers) is turned on can see/intercept(goverment members can see where the projectile are heading on the map, and they will have the option to cast a vote to neutralize the incoming projectile or no) the NRL(National Rocket launcers).
The range of vision/engage/power depends on the quality of the NAR and the electricity that uses.
(this project can be destroyed, deteriorated, can be sabotaged, the cast vote can be sabotaged)

-Spies Academy
A new skill added in to the game. (and building to)
The sistem will work like this
-espionage
If you learn espionage you cant learn counter espionage and vice versa

Lets talk about espionage first. Some ppl can start training at Spies Academy (it will request some requaierments to train here)
A spy can activate only on Goverment request !

At espionage skill 1 you cant do much( logical )
At espionage skill 2 you can change your name for a period of time/ citizen ship / MU Flag etc to infiltrate on the enemy (the stats and medals and time you will have depends on the espionage skill you have )
At espionage skill 5 you can start sabotage the enemy projects slow the construction down, decrease % that is built at , decrease their quality or even steal the technology so your country can use it without spend time to learn it first(blue prints) (the higher the skill is , more chance of succed you will have and more "damage" you will cause to the projects you atempt to)
Can sabotage Congress laws like if succed to fail, can sabotage elections, can atempt to give citizenship to players,
can start fake laws, can add fake spy missions on the enemy spy academy and much much more .

-counter espionage
Now counter espionage, you have to train at Spies Academy as high as your skill is the higher your chance to catch an enemy spy (you can catch him only if he is on your teritory/region)
If an enemy spy is caught by you he will automatically fail his mission and you can hold him close and torture him , when you torture him he will lose espionage skill and str (the amount he lose depends on your amount of counter espionage), when he is closed he can only train(the train for str not at the Spies Academy) , he can't work(but his days worked in a raw will remain the same) , he can't fight, he will have 6 atempts/day to escape, one at 4 hours( the chance of escape depends on his espionage skill )

The request of spy missions will be casted and voted at the spy academy and will be only visibile to goverment.
Spies academy from country x can make missions for country y only if the goverment from country x allows them(country x can ask for resources, money,equipment etc in exchange of their spy services)
Spies that go on missions can earn money from the goverment (depends on the goverment and the dificulty of the mision)
(this project can be destroyed, deteriorated, can be sabotaged, the cast vote for missions can be sabotaged)

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.


In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.


You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.

The international war.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).


At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.

E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
