Today I read an article by our President informing us about an extremely tough decision he had to make within the last couple of days.
I was inclined to ban BlackWater from our strike channel. Rather than back off and apologize, he made the decision on behalf of BlackWater that I should "ban away".
This leaves me with little alternative than to uphold my word and maintain the security of our strike channel.
As such, BlackWater members will no longer be welcome in our strike room and will be banned on sight, until such time as I can feel confident there is no longer a conflict of interest by virtue of their being present.

This is truly unfortunate, for it is no easy thing to tell your good friends that they are no longer welcome on a key Government chat. I am sure the President is wishing things were different, but he as President is not responsible for doing anything more than leading, and protecting the United States.
There is simply no way we as a Nation, could look our allies in the eyes and tell them we stand behind them while also allowing an opposing Military Unit access to our strategy and supply channel.
In no way do I see the President as over stepping his bounds, nor do I feel this was something he wanted to do. I am confident that the President still maintains a strong relationship with several of Black Waters members, but he can not be expected to allow them access to the strikes channel at this time.
Just so you know my opinion about Black Water (Like it really matters what this washed up politician thinks? Shut up! This is my article you know!
) I have MANY friends in the MU, and I do not fault them for going mercenary. Wanna know a secret? As Commanding Officer of Band of Brothers Elite I also entertained the idea of going mercenary, but quickly learned it was not for our MU. Just to let you know how friendly I am towards BW, I "loaned" them two companies valued at far more than 600 gold free of charge and without a contract, simply because I trust them to give them back when I ask for them.

I am posting all that to state that I have no issues with fighting for money, I just have issues with fighting for the enemy while they attack an ally. That is just a moral thing with me, there is nothing that says you shouldn't, as it is just a game. It is just something that I can not do and feel good about doing it. Nor can you argue against the President for making such a bold move of banning this MU from the strikes channel.
As many of you know, I was the President of this great nation back in June, so I understand the position the President has been forced into. There are times you must make a painful decision to protect the security of the nation. I had to do something similar during my term.
There was a player I invited into my Government after I won an extremely close victory back in June, but I soon learned that this good friend of mine was contacting other MU's to try and remove me from office by Civil War. I was shocked by the revelation, and not only had to remove him from the Government and change Org passwords, I had to go on my own campaign to gain the support of other MU's like heavy weight Top Gun (I already had BoB
) and then find out if the Commanding officers of even the government MU's would stand by the American peoples decision to have me lead the Nation as their President.
In the end it all worked out (obviously) and the best part about it is we were able to keep this private enough that this is the first time many of you have heard about it.
Now it would be nice if we could have also kept this issue with Black Water private, but this issue is a little bigger than a person mad about an election result. That was against me (and my Vice President, who coincidentally is now the President), there was no threat of loosing allies, nor was there a real threat to the security of our nation (not in my opinion anyways).
There was one player who was mad about the Presidents article.
What do you intend to gain by writing such an article? Is it really something to publicize, this is an issue between YOU and BWC. The only real logical reason to write such an article to make Lord Mushroom seem even more villainous then you f***s have already done.

Shepherd Of Fire as a villain, but to remind our allies that we still stand with them like allies should.
And btw, it is the Presidents job to communicate with the American people. I mean look at the pointless articles I wrote as President! (Gosh... Must we hear about this old farts lone accomplishment in e-sim again!?! YES!!! This is still my article

I said all that to say this, I understand the Presidents position, and I back him 100%. Decisions like these are what separates the leaders from the politicians. A leader will make a stand for the good of the country, a politician will only do what it takes to make enough friends to be re-elected.
I got your back Asuka! And I hope everything works out with BW, I forgot to mention the guy who once tried to overturn my Presidency was latter re-instated and played a major role in my administration. The same can happen with Black Water.

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
