It’s time to get things clear. We are hearing so many things about Orion that we need to explain ourselves. The last interview of our president shows clearly that we are “the real enemy”…
You know that Orion is a Military Unit with a particular status in France. It is the first Military Unit if we talk about damages but also if we talk about influences. Orion has this particularity to be very engaged politically because of a strong team spirit. Becoming a member of Orion doesn’t only mean you have a 20% bonus on the field but it is also a political engagement. That’s why Orion is an easy target whenever there are political problems in France. It is well known that we are not far, when it’s good and when it’s bad.
Anyone who knows a bit about the history of this game also knows that Orion’s members have always fought with their convictions. We opposed ourselves strongly against G7 even when France made the choice to join them, and after a few weeks we managed to take the country out of G7. We were right. We had a great time when Cc92140 took the lead of the country and all together with our allies in WiC we defeated the biggest alliance in the game.
Recently, after a regain of activity, we tried to oppose ourselves because we had a different vision of the French politics. Orion is an independent Military Unit, this was our right! But it appears that our president is not the biggest fan of the opposition. It didn’t matter for him : we disagree so apparently we are necessarily enemies. As I write, Lapin is still trying to show Orion as the “bad guys” to the public opinion. Apparently everything is permitted…
We have to answer to those attacks because most of them are just lies. Don’t trust anything you will hear. We will just follow our own path as we always did. Those who know us from the beginning know exactly who we are. We will show it to the others. We are not the enemies of France. We just don’t like how our president is doing his politics.
Il est temps de mettre les choses au clair. Nous entendons tellement tout et n’importe quoi à propos d’Orion que nous devons nous expliquer. La dernière interview de Lapin prouve bien qu’Orion est désignée comme le véritable ennemi de la France...
Vous aurez compris qu’Orion est une Military Unit avec un statut assez particulier. Il s’agit de la première Military Unit française en termes de dégâts et en terme d’influence. Orion a cette particularité d’être très connotée politiquement et d’avoir en son sein une équipe soudée. Rejoindre Orion, ce n’est pas seulement avoir un bonus de dégat de 20% sur les batailles, c’est aussi se placer sur l’échiquier politique français. Cela fait donc d’Orion une cible facile lorsque les membres de la Military Unit s’opposent à la politique gouvernementale.
Celui qui connaît un peu l’histoire de ce jeu sait également que les membres d’Orion se sont toujours battus selon leurs convictions. Nous nous sommes opposés fortement contre G7 même lorsque la France avait fait le choix de rejoindre l’alliance, et après quelques semaines nous avons réussi à en sortir notre pays. L’avenir nous aura donné raison puisque sous le mandat de CC92140, avec nos alliés de WiC, nous avons détruit celle qui était la plus grande alliance de ce jeu.
Nous avons tenté de faire entendre notre voix en nous opposant à la politique gouvernementale actuelle. Orion étant une Military Unit indépendante, nous en avions parfaitement le droit. Mais il faut croire que Lapin n’est pas un grand fan de l’opposition même quand celle-ci tâche d’être constructive. C’est donc par des coups bas qu’il a tenté de détruire l’image d’Orion dans l’opinion publique et cela continue encore aujourd’hui. Il faut croire que tout est permis…
Nous refusons de nous abaisser à ce niveau mais nous voulons exercer notre droit de réponse face aux calomnies dont nous sommes victimes. Les petites manœuvres politiciennes ne sont pas la marque des grands. Orion tracera sa route comme elle l’a toujours fait et peu importe l’adversité, nous nous en tiendrons à notre ligne de conduite. Ceux qui nous ont suivis depuis le début savent très bien ce que nous valons. Aux autres nous le montrerons. Nous ne sommes pas des ennemis de la France. Nous n’aimons juste pas la tournure que prend la politique actuelle au travers de son président.

In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
