Gimana nih kabar nubi kita diluar sana?
Seperti banyak dari mereka berhasil bertahan dikerasnya hidup e-Sim. Tapi sepertinya banyak juga yang wafat dini karena menggunakan cara "haram" untuk menghasilkan Gold lebih cepat. Well, selama dapet Gold nya dengan cara yang bener saya pikir akan aman-aman aja
Sebenernya cari gold itu gampang-gampang susah, ibarat kalo uda tau caranya relatif mudah tapi tentu saja dibutuhkan waktu. Ga bisa secara instant.
Cara paling populer untuk mendapatkan Gold tambahan adalah mendirikan Perusahaan.
Kalo yang saya liat, kebanyakan nubi mendirikan Perusahaan asal-asal an. Asal bikin tanpa menghitung terlebih dahulu segala kemungkinan. Hal pertama yang harus kalian pikirkan adalah mendirikan Perusahaan di High Raw Region.
Oke deh, saya anggap kalian udah tau semua.
Sekarang tinggal gimana cara kita menghitung Profit/Loss dari Perusahaan.

Bagaimana cara memakainya?
Saya ga mau terlalu men-detail tapi ada beberapa yang mau sedikit saya jelaskan. Terutama bagian yang saya beri tanda "kolom".
Home country controls capital = Negara menguasai ibukota, jika tidak produktifitas -20%
Country controls proper high raw region = Negara menguasai High raw region. Produktifitas +25%
In regions highly rich in resources = Dibangun di High raw region. Produksi meningkat 80%
Berhubung di Indonesia semua aspek di kuasai jadi semua itu di "tick".
Oke, kita langsung ke contoh kasus.
Misal saya pengen bikin Perusahaan Q1 Weapon di Sumatra. Punya worker 3 dengan skill rata 4. Gaji mengikuti pasar, yaitu 9.37 IDR. Harga Iron 0.06 IDR. Harga jual weapon setelah dikurangi pajak yaitu 0.229 IDR. Mari kita hitung dengan menggunakan ideacode.pl/e-sim-calculator/
Alhasil adalah saya mengalami kerugian sebesar -4.4 IDR perharinya. Waduh gawat!!
Disitu dituliskan keterangan "The minimum profitable selling price: 0.24924". Artinya minimal kalau saya ga mau rugi harus jual Q1 Weaponnya dengan harga sekian. Tapi siapa yang mau beli?
Oke, kalo misal harga Q1 Weapon memang tidak bisa dirubah. Opsi laennya adalah mencari harga Iron yang lebih murah. Katakanlah disini saya dapat harga Iron 0.05 IDR. Mari kita hitung kembali.
Nah, ternyata hasilnya berbeda dari yang tadi walaupun masi rugi sekitar -0.05 IDR. Tapi tunggu dulu!!
Liat worker yang bekerja pertama kali!! Dia menghasilkan keuntungan sebesar +0.31 IDR.
Wah, dengan hasil begini kalau saya bikin Q1 Weapon ga bisa punya worker banyak-banyak.

Sudah jelas kan gimana cara pakainya. Jadi sebelum kalian memutuskan ingin mendirikan Perusahaan, hitung dulu Profit/Loss nya. Dengan begitu, kalian bisa memutuskan Perusahaan apa yang akan dibangun, dan juga Kualitas berapa Perusahaan tersebut.

Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
