本文是特别赶制的e-sim条例简略版，目的是为方便新人阅读。如想查阅文献版（完全版）请点这里 。
另外，下面翻译的条款中，有小部分内容GO（游戏管理员）管的不是很严，比方说“‘寻求V+S’属于垃圾内容应被删除”之类的。具体的，大庭广众之下不敢明说，新人想了解可以到QQ群里问一问，还请原凉！

注意：条款中，有“严禁”的条款和有“禁止”的条款，语气程度和对违反者的处罚是不一样的！
1.你只允许拥有1个公民账号【尤为重要！】。违反这一条会导致（*管理员）对你的全部账号进行永久封号。
如果你将1个IP地址或1台个人计算机分享给另一个玩家使用，那你必须给Primera, Secura 或 Suna服务器填写 Shared IP Form【大致意为：分享IP申请表。】我们同样希望（*你）给一个现任的游戏管理员【简称GO】在游戏内PM被共享账号牵扯的账号，来进行确认“IP分享”。
Q1：能接手或者注册一个新账号玩吗？
A：可以，但是你要找GO把旧账号封掉，防止出现问题被误判为小号。
2.所有用户发表的内容，不得是垃圾内容，不得含有色情、种族歧视、煽动情绪、侮辱性言论、纳粹主义【换句话说不得提及德国纳粹，因为在波兰和很多欧洲国家这是敏感话题】、外部广告、低俗、违反真实生活法规或是会被管理组认为是非常符合（*上述题材）的内容。
违反处理：当一个用户发表一个违法的言论时【即主条款所述的内容】，一个GO会立即删除它，并依照情节程度可能对发表他的人给予警告/临时封号/永久封号的处罚。
违反真实生活法律的将会被移交给当地司法部门处理。
垃圾内容（*认定）：下面提及的内容会被认为是垃圾内容：
任何广告【这里指的应该是外部的，因为咱那涂鸦墙上全是广告。】
重复的内容
跟游戏内容毫不相干的言论
通过某一通讯方式发表毫无目的的言论（例如通过报告、捐赠理由等等）【像 “开头一句令人无语的话接着后面跟有一堆占位符以补足300字”这类文章，多半为了躲避这一条】
寻求V或S或V+S（包括派包类和中奖类吸引）
3.严禁用BOT【可意为：机器人，详细解释去玩CS，单人的…】或自动软件、自动脚本来玩游戏
违反处理：用任何自动软件、自动脚本或者BOT（比如自动打枪脚本、刷屏刷PM脚本、自动订阅脚本、货币市场脚本等等）来玩游戏，GO会立刻在毫无警告的情况下直接处以该玩家永久封号。
Q1：难道就不能用外部的自动插件吗？
A：有些也是可以的，只要是e-sim制作公司认可的或者是对游戏没有危害的一般都可以，例如大佬们就常用“自动计算伤害数值脚本”来算他们的最大伤害值。
4.禁止交换、售卖或购买任何e-sim中的内容（例如账号、黄金、商品、货币、公司等等）来换取任何非e-sim游戏中的（*内容）。所有参与交易的账号都会被处以永久封号。
每个帐号都是私人的。注册账号的人即拥有对该账号的所有权并对其负责，并永不得将账号的所有权交给其他人。（包括账号代管）
Q1：难道就不能在别的网站进行游戏内的交易吗？
A：当然不是，你可以去黑市。由于外国人都是用IRC的，所以使用黑市前一定要先学会，进了频道之后要读频道主题，防止违规而被踢或不小心被骗这种的事情发生。并且一定要交易游戏内的内容。
5.禁止剥削其他玩家或被其他玩家剥削。
违反处理：管理组并不会注意剥削是否已经被完成。]只要是（*有意图的，或者已经完成的）玩家、军团、组织【即国家组织号】、股份公司一经发现，将会视其情节给予罚款。屡教不改的，所有涉及的人将会被处以永久封号。
（*主条款包括：）
奴隶工：低工资（指明显低于该国市场平均工资）且没有等值正常工资的私下交易。
利益输送：一个或多个账号被用于将它们的财产送给另一个用户或者是为另一个用户免费工作来帮助该用户获得利益，即使该玩家为自愿行为。【换句话说就是小号帮大号，朋友帮朋友这类的】
不对等交易：交易或合同双方所交易物资价值差距过大
Q1：这是否意味着我必须给员工发CNY工资呢？
A：不是这样的，黑工就是一个典型的反例。其实无论你的工资设定是多少，只要有定期的以Donate或者是合同来进行薪资结算的事件，就不是奴隶工。
Q2：我一7经济技能的朋友自己要求我给他开5CNY的工资，能行吗？
A：……还是那句话，被封我不管……
Q3：我不想玩了，但我的钱该怎么办呢？
A：你可以发送给国家组织号，就是**org一类的。但记住绝对不要扔给军团或个人，那会被认为是剥削。
Q4：我突然收到了一大笔钱。我该怎么办？
A：如果你确定不是你做了某项交易，那么立即把钱全都D回去，不然你可能会被认为是剥削。
6.严禁把你自己的账号信息（即密码）泄露给其他任何玩家。
如果你发现你的账号密码已经被泄露给其他玩家并且你宣布你的账号被盗。那么管理组不会将你的账号返还，并且该账号将会被永久封号。
Q1：我要出远门，没法双击怎么办？
A：手机也可以双击的，或者你可以请人用你的计算机登陆双击也可以。
Q2：我可以把账号交给账号代管的人吗？
A：不可以。这绝对会违反这一条。
7.禁止在未经允许的情况下发表任何e-sim公民的个人信息。
违反处理：对违反这项条款的发表者会被处以警告/临时封号/永久封号。
个人信息定义：包括真实姓名、地址、照片、邮箱、电话号码和其他任何被管理组认为是个人信息的信息。
Q1：为什么不能发个人信息？
A：在国外的很多国家，个人权利是任何人不得侵犯，其中就包括与个人信息的隐私权。所以e-sim对个人信息非常敏感，一旦被告上法庭可不怎么好玩。
8.（*发表）任何形式的针对管理团队的辱骂恶言会被处罚。
9.禁止引导人们点击广告或者其他外部网站链接【另一种翻译：外部钓鱼网站】。
引导或强迫其他玩家点击任何指向广告或者其他外部网站的外部链接会被处以永久封号。
Q1：难道我就不能发广告了吗？
A：这里指的是外部广告，你要是喊一句：“0.0051收小麦”没人管你。
10.管理组不会返还任何在游戏中丢失的项目、黄金、货币、军团单位、股份公司等等。
本条款对通过欺诈、游戏外交易、外部网站钓鱼、错误的合同等此类丢失同样有效。
Q1：我在黑市上被骗了！
A：……黑市不受管理员管理的，没有办法依照条例进行处罚，下次小心点吧。
其他问题：
Q1：我很奇怪，我的账号被封了。
A：首先先请你注意一下封号给予的理由，有时候可能是因为你的一些怪异的动作导致GO认为你可能与一些违法行为有关，而进行了封号调查。
Q1：不，他说我开小号。
A：那么先请你反思你是否真的干过理由中的违法事件，如果你确信你是被冤枉的，那么请上IRC找封你的那个人或者Super Game Operator，或者去论坛发帖申诉。如果实在不知道该怎么办，问问大佬们吧。
Q2：我的号被永久封号了。我可以再开一个玩吗？
A：当然可以，这会被认为是新玩家。不过你要注意，这次可别再作死了。
Q3：我发现某人违反了条款，我可以举报他吗？
A：可以，不过举报一个和你无冤无仇的人通常会被认为是缺德。

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
