I will make this short, isch.

Due to me announcing in a comment on Orlandios article regarding iPSiArt's ban, which later on was quoted in the actual article.

Railman got angry due to it not being 100% correct.

The information which I posted, was based on iPSiart's story of what actually happened.

And since the flow of information between Developers and Staff is horrible, and always has been.
I had no clue of what else he might have done.

This resulted in Railman taking away my administration rights, without giving me a solid answer of why he actually did so.

So I decided to ask him.
His answer was, that I was not kicked.
Apparently I just lost my administration rights, and he ended our "cooperation" without telling me.

We all know that Railman's way of doing things.
Is that he does things without thinking, and then doesn't change his mind thinking he is always right.

As an example I could just name "Secura, the only server where you will be able to buy gold", but it was profitable and then Primera had it too.

Or why not our "community manager" who rarely speaks to his community, nor knows what's going on onto all servers. Is still called a community manager?

Compare a community manager with any other company. They will ALWAYS give you updates of when where and how updates will happen, and what they will do.

We don't get anything.

I could post all the pictures of our conversations, but in lack of effort I will just give it to those who will ask. And that will be on IRC.
Since I may or may or not be banned soon.

I only stayed in e-sim for so long since I was an SGO, which enabled me to help players.
Even though I might have banned, muted and warned a lot of you playing the game currently.
You should know that it's part of the job, and not the best thing about the job.

In the end I spent 1,5 years in the Staff in order to help players, and especially trying to improve a lot of things that was terrible, especially how the Staff worked.

Unfortunately the standards has gone down ridiculously low now since Anqa and Chasely came to Primera. And the Staff isn't active, nor good at moderating. Just ask them questions about your bans, warnings and other things. There won't be any stored information of what happened anymore, and you won't be able to get a good explanation of why you received a certain action from a moderator.

What I've officially accomplished:
Just a SMALL list of what I've managed to run through the Developers and succeeded to make them add:

- Around like day 553 a more detailed law page. Instead of the horrible old one which didn't tell you anything. However apparently they didn't bother to spell check my first draft of it before adding it, and therefore it isn't really good either.

- The first achievements update
The following link takes you to the quick draft I sent to kMeel when he first joined railmans employees. Took them about 6-7 months before adding them though.

That's it, I have no reason to be playing E-sim anymore since I am not able to help players with their issues.

Cheers to:
★ Ranflax brought me into the Staff as my mentor.
★ iPSiArt worked together for a long time, accomplished a great deal of things together.

Others who deserve appreciation, you would know who you are.

Long live the last trainee of mine, which is the only competent GO left on Primera ★ Untanelis . May you become the new GOA and get the player support back on track.

Regards
★ essex

About the game:

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.

In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.

The international war.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).

At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.

E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
