Условия капитуляции США
Соединённые Штаты Америки признают себя побеждёнными и соглашаются принять следующие условия победителей в лице России:
1. США отказывается от каких либо претензий на регионы Аляска и Тихоокеанское Побережье США, призывая их извечным владением России, и обязуется никогда не производить агрессивных действий с целью занятия этих регионов.
2. При провокации со стороны третьих сил или реакционных сил США, выражающейся в поднятии восстаний в регионах Аляски и Тихоокеанского Побережья США, официальная власть США и починенные им отряды обязуются активно участвовать в подавлении восстаний в координации с Российскими вооружёнными силами.
3. При случае, что восстания в этих регионах будут выиграны повстанцами, США обязуется выплатить России 30 золотых необходимых для открытия войны и передать в войне без сопротивления регионы обратно России, так же уплатив стоимость атаки.
При нарушении вышеуказанных условий правительство России будет считать себя освобождённым от каких либо обязательств к Соединённым Штатам Америки и при первой возможности будет открыта война , которая закончится только полной оккупацией территорий США. Таким же будет ответ на отказ американского конгресса принять вышеуказанные условия капитуляции.
Conditions for the capitulation of the United States of America:
The United States of America officially acknowledges to have lost the war and that they agree to the following conditions set forth by the victorious Russian state:
1. The United States of America renounces all and any claims on the regions of Alaska and the US Pacific Coast , acknowledges that they are Russian until the end of time, and is bound by this treaty never to take aggressive actions in order to reclaim them.
2. In case of provocations by third parties or reactionary movements within the US in the form of rebellions in the regions of Alaska and US Pacific Coast, the official US government is bound to actively help in quelling these rebellions in coordination with the armed forces of Russia.
3. In case that the rebels in these regions are victorious, the US is bound to pay Russia 30 gold in order to start a war, to facilitate Russian efforts to retake these regions, and to pay all expenses caused to the Russian armed forces.
In case of any violations of the above treaty, the Russian government will not be bound by any obligations and will initiate a war at the first opportunity, which will end only after the occupation of the entire US territory. The same will apply in case the Congress of the United States refuses to agree to the terms proposed in this agreement.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
