Ini berdasar pengalaman ane memanage kumpeni pribadi di game ini maupun waktu memanage BUMN di game sebelah. Memang susah, tetapi ada tips dan triknya. Semoga bisa menjadi masukan buat GOV sekarang maupun berikutnya.
1. BUMN ̷d̷a̷p̷a̷t̷ dikelola oleh satu orang
BUMN ga bisa dikelola oleh 1 orang saja. Minimal 3 orang, seorang ketua BUMN memiliki minimal 2 deputi. Bisa sih dikelola kurang dari itu tetapi hasil tidak maksimal. 2 orang deputi ini memiliki tugas utama yaitu mendistribusikan log.
2. BUMN memiliki aturan main yang tegas
Pekerja BUMN berarti PNS, tetapi lebih dari itu sebaiknya dia adalah seorang prajurit yang harus mematuhi order. Pelanggaran paling sering adalah jatah log dihabiskan buat war yang ga penting, sehingga ketika ada war penting, log sudah habis. Harus ada aturan tegas untuk menindak hal ini, misal sanksi pemecatan. Awal pendaftaran harus ada kontraknya, kapan harus fight dll. Dan pula harus ada penegak hukumnya. Siapa? Baca dulu yang di bawah.
3. BUMN t̷i̷d̷a̷k̷ ̷p̷e̷r̷l̷u̷ bekerjasama dengan instansi lain
Sesuai poin di atas, pekerja BUMN paling efektif adalah tentara. Dengan adanya suatu polisi di tubuh ketentaraan, informasi para pelanggar akan disampaikan kepada menteri BUMN, sehingga saksi bisa diberikan. Hal ini menjadi susah jika pemimpin ketentaraan merangkap sebagai menteri BUMN, tugasnya begitu banyak sehingga susah untuk mengawasi. Trik yang lain bekerjasama dengan mensos dimana mensos akan mengarahkan nubi untuk kerja di BUMN.
4. Company BUMN adalah company yang dibutuhkan oleh rakyat (baca: tentara).
Company yang dibutuhkan oleh tentara adalah Food q5, Gift q5, Weapon q1, defense system. Ke-empat jenis company inilah yang menentukan seorang tentara bisa bertempur dengan baik atau tidak. Company jenis ini harus ditempatkan di tanah suci (baca: garis pertahanan terakhir) kita.
Sedangkan company pendukungnya seperti grain, diamond, iron, stone ditaruh di high region, di sinilah peran mensos. Mensos akan memobilisasi nubi utk work di tempat2 high region ini, karena biasanya di luar negeri, dengan imbalan log (saat ini food q2, lebih ideal lagi kalo q3, q4 kemahalan utk nubi) dan insentif tiket. Tentu saja lebih baik jika kumpeni high region berada di negara ally, nubi tidak perlu pindah tempat utk fight.
5. BUMN adalah nirlaba
Jangan berpikir untuk mendapat keuntungan ketika mengelola suatu BUMN. BUMN adalah perusahaan tekor, pikirkan itu sejak awal. BUMN membutuhkan suntikan duit segar berkala dari pajak terutama untuk bayar gaji maupun beli raw. Jika ada kelebihan produk, tidak untuk dijual melainkan ditimbun untuk stok maupun intervensi pasar.
6. BUMN harus memiliki daya tarik lebih dibanding swasta
Berada di BUMN haruslah memiliki nilai lebih dibanding swasta. Jika pekerja swasta mendapatkan gaji yang cukup/lebih utk membeli log yang sama dengan yang dibagikan, buat apa kerja di BUMN? Nah di sinilah seorang menteri BUMN bekerja sama dengan MoD/pangab harus pintar-pintar berimprovisasi agar daya tarik mereka melebihi company swasta maupu MU swasta.
Idealnya pekerja BUMN adalah tipe tentara yang mengutamakan char building ketimbang berkutat di ekonomi maupun politik. Mereka lebih menghargai log ketimbang IDR/Gold ataupun prestige. Bayarlah gaji untuk deputi agar mereka semangat dalam bekerja, bentuk bisa log maupun IDR/Gold.
7. BUMN mungkin dapat menggandeng rekanan
Ketika menjalankan 6 poin di atas, sulit utk melaksanakannya hanya dengan dana terbatas dan 3 orang. Gandenglah rekanan swasta terutama dalam supply raw material, di sinilah peran swasta. Bayarlah dengan harga normal/sedikit diskon. Pengusaha akan senang dengan keuntungan konstan meskipun kecil dibanding keuntungan besar tetapi merugi di lain waktu. Dengan menggandeng rekanan swasta, MenBUMN dapat menggunakan seluruh warga dalam memanage BUMN ketimbang solo play.
Demikian opini saya, semoga bisa membantu. Kalau ditantang untuk jadi menteri BUMN, mohon maaf saya ga bisa karena kesibukan RL. Kalo cuman jadi deputi insya Allah sanggup, tapi saya lebih suka jadi rekanan :p

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
