今天来说说和战斗(Battle)相关的规则。

发起战斗前,需要宣战(Declare War),宣战规则为:
- 只能对邻接的国家宣战;
- 需要由总统发起,议会通过;
- 宣战费30G;
- 宣战生效后,发起宣战的国家拥有24小时的先手权用于发起战斗。

发起战斗的规则为:
- 只能对邻接的地区发起战斗;
- 一个地区,只能同时发生一场战斗;
- 两个国家之间,同时只能有一场战斗;
- 只有拥有先手权的一方,才能发起战斗;
- 战斗由总统发起,进攻费10G。

起义(Resistance War)的规则为:
- 只能对被他国占领的地区发起起义;
- 两个国家之间,同时只能有一场起义;
- 起义可由处于该地区的任何人发起,起义费20G。(感谢infi)

战斗胜负的基本规则还是挺简单的:
- 一场战斗最多为15轮次(Round),每轮次为2小时;
- 每轮次结束时,产生伤害(Damage)较多的一方,获得该轮次的胜利;
- 先获得8轮次胜利的一方,获得整场战斗的胜利;
- 玩家能否参加战斗,与玩家的所在地和战斗相关方的MPP有关,详见:关于MPP的一些知识

那么,我们先复习一下关于伤害的基本公式,请回顾:关于伤害的一些知识

一个玩家所能造成的总伤害还与其Fight的次数有关,因为每Fight一次会消耗10体力(Health),所以这个次数基本决定与玩家使用的食物(Food)和礼物(Gift)的等级,这里就不再多说了。能够影响Fight次数的建筑是医院(Hospital),详细介绍请参考:关于医院和防御系统的知识

影响伤害数值的还有一些情况:
- 防守方的玩家,如果处于战场所在的地区,则伤害产生20%加成;
- 进攻方的玩家,如果处于邻接战场的地区,则伤害产生20%加成;
- 在与本国核心区域(Core Territories)不连接的地区进行的战斗中,玩家的伤害会产生-20%加成;(我还不太明白核心区域的定义是什么,求解)
- 防御系统会使防守方的伤害产生5%~25%的加成,详见:关于医院和防御系统的知识
- 加入军团(Military Unit)的玩家,在参加军团军令指导的战斗时,伤害会产生5%~20%的加成,如下:
Novice:5%
Regular:10%
Veteran:15%
Elite:20%

最后,还有关于奖金(Subsidies)的规则:(奖金是在一些重要战斗中,为了吸引支持者而设定的)
- 只有战斗的直接双方可以设定奖金;(MPP们不能设定)
- 奖金的数额不能高于50货币/千伤害;
- 奖金直接由国库(National Treasure)支付;
- 奖金只能由总统设定。

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.


In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.


You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.

The international war.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).


At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.

E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
