"You will be deployed onto Serbian-Bulgarian warzone. The battle is quite a draw for now, you are going to break the balance. Of course to make Serbia, our ally, in advantage"

"You will strike one of their logistic camp in this area"
"Yes sir. How many team will be deployed?"
MoD looks at me sharply
"You're on your own Lt."

"Our army is tired from attacking those Tekwan*, so we can use freshman like you. Have you seen our latest technology. You alone can destroy that camp. Of course we have mission manager to guide you from here, also pilots that drop you to the landing zone"

I drag myself to dry land, the river is deep enough and my almost-perfect landing make it leave just little dizziness in my head. The cold water feels like stabbing my bones. The sky is getting dark means sun is set, the temperature falls quick. I look up, the cliff is hard to be climbed. I look around and my eyes found a cave, I force my leg to walk there hoping for shelter.
The cave is quite safe, I take of my clothes and start a campfire. I push an emergency transmitter, the extraction plan is already foiled now. I hope they received the signal, even though they will come tomorrow morning at most. This area is far behind Bulgarian line. I'm trying to dry my clothes and my gun. These 3 ammo must be used wisely.
Then I hear a swish behind my head! I dodge. I see a commando knife pierce the stone wall in front of me. Uh oh! I turn back, get on my stance, ready to face any possibilities.

Note: Tekwan is a native food of southern sumatranese made of tengiri fish and sago powder served with soup made from mushroom, celery, sedap malam flower, shrimp, and garlic. In this story, writter made a pun of saying Tekwan instead of Taiwan
