Thank you, TheHentaiChrist, for taking the time to respond to my previous article and address several of its points and concerns as to what happened. The purpose of this style article is not only to give more official acknowledgment from The Weekly Key to someone who was specifically addressed and felt the need to rebuttal, but to address the rebuttal as well.

While the person is free to address this article as well, if they see fit, I assure all readers that these style articles will be limited to one in response to a rebuttal and any further points will be discussed in the comments if necessary.

“…Russia can sign a NAP with our Government, but we, the people, are under no obligation…”

Actually, the government is supposed to represent its people. It isn’t perfect and of course they do not represent the mindset of every single person, but the premise behind them being elected by the people is so that we follow their word and their words accurately represent our own. Regardless, the people are typically obligated to follow plans and laws set for by the government. That is what “government,” means after all… to govern.

----------
----------

“…Therefore, I paid for this resistance war out of donations from everyday Americans…”

This is even more concerning. Not only did you start this war, but funds that would have been better guided elsewhere were applied to starting a battle that majority of us have been saying we are not ready for at this time.

You claim you did this for the people so they would have something to fight in, but just as they could travel to this unsanctioned battle to fight, they could have traveled to any of the other 8 to 12 battles that were taking place and traveled back. Your money would have been better spent on plane tickets, if you just wanted to give them a means to fight.

----------
----------

“… The government played no part and I bear our representatives no ill-will. I do not represent NAF or the American Government. I do represent TOP GUN, however and that's way better…”

If the NAF doesn’t represent your views on such a major issue, why be part of their organization? Why be a member of an organization whose leadership you have no intention of following especially on something they spoke against so adamantly?

----------
----------

“…Anyone who asks why a party cannot control me, they're being silly. It's obviously because they can't kick me out and, even if they could, that wouldn't alter my behavior…”

And it is a silly notion to believe that one needs the ability of force or disciplinary action, to get others to follow their agenda. It’s a natural question to have, but the paper does already state the opposite side of this outlook. The article even points out positive aspects of your party and attempts to showboth sides of the point of view. I imagine that plenty of people voted for a candidate yesterday that they would not have prior to reading some of their words and they had done so without the threat of any sort of disciplinary actions should they not vote for them.

----------
----------

“... NAF shouldn't and has no way of taking responsibility for my actions, because my actions are my own and I do not represent them in my every act. In real life, I am a democrat. Am I representing Democrats when I eat Mac and Cheese? No, that's absurd. It is up to NAF to take a stance on things and if they feel like condeming me, so be it…”

That would be true if we were talking about what shoes you eating Mac and Cheese, but we aren’t. We are talking about one of the main stances and beliefs of your party and this country. Typically speaking in RL, when a party member is against one of the main points of that party, the leave it. You do represent them when your actions are political because they are a political party. While you do not need to agree with everything regarding your party, hence the need for voting, it appeared that the majority decision was that there should not be resistance wars at this time. If you and Top Gun disagree with this, why be members of parties that clearly do not share your view on such a key issue?

----------
----------

“…But I will not be told what to do and we are floating adrift if we do not have battles to provide the most crucial resources, stronger, interested and more experinced players and we are drowning if our economy is not consuming…”

There were battles to travel to, just like we need to travel to the war you created. The differences being that we did not use enough money to start a company, to start the other battles that were taking place and as long as people can work, I am certain they will buy resources because they will eventually need them even if it is not right at that very second.

----------
----------

“…Russia should get used to the idea that occupying a nation means fighting in resistance wars from time to time…”

I am sure Russia has no problem with what happened. When they decide they have a problem with it, whether they should or not in your opinion, they have a means of dealing with it I am sure.

----------
----------

“…There is no way to control the actions of every citizen in a nation and expecting so much is the demand of a foolish Prince, indeed…”

With the exception of whether it was wise to start a resistance war prematurely or not (the viewpoint being no), the article does in fact address both ways to look at most of this situation… including not being able to control everyone in an organization.

Foolish prince or not, they are still prince so if they decide to retaliate, whether fairly or unfairly, they would be in their right to do so. So if your actions at some point were to lead to sUSA being completely occupied by the “foolish princes,” would whether they were being foolish or not even matter? Would you still be as proud about what you did?

----------
----------

“…But thank you for plugging my Jobs, I'm on a mission to drive wages up. ;O…”

This paper’s intent is to be as patriotically neutral as possible so I try to post everyone’s jobs here… though there are so many that I may have to select only the highest paying, or newest jobs or something like that. But you are quite welcome… besides, who doesn’t want to build a laser that fires from space in order to make friends?

About the game:

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.

In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.

The international war.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).

At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.

E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
